Clarus Dermatology - Maple Grove

This was my first visit to Clarus. When I called to make an appointment, I was greeted with an AI receptionist. When I arrived I was greeted by a receptionist who was remote by video. When my exam.was complete, I was invited to schedule.my next appointment using the laptop in the exam room. I am a strong advocate for advanced technology supporting diagnoses and treatment; however I don't think this form of patient interaction is what I'm looking for in a clinic..

Procedure went well, the provider was pleasant and informative. I was able to get an appointment within the month that I scheduled which I appreciated. The video check in was super weird- I’d prefer just checking in on a kiosk without a video person.

5 stars implies perfection. Would give 4 1/2 if possible. I feel like I get excellent care and good follow up. I know it's almost 2026 but not a big fan of checking in with a computer driven image. I guess I am old fashioned and prefer the human touch

Staff were extremely friendly and professional. They did a great job explaining what they were doing. They were also very transparent about prices so there were zero surprises.

They were great,kind and understanding. I had Megan P.A and she really helped me. I go back in six weeks and can't wait to see her again.

My appointment was on time. The PA was clear and concise. I’m very happy with this place.

First time here and great experience! The nurse checking me in was very kind and Megan the PA was kind, thorough, and answered every question I had with no rush 😊
