My hairs are thick and dark and I was concerned. Lord Laser hair removal hurts but it's worth it. I was concerned when hair continued to grow a few days after but according them it's part of the process and after a few days the hair has stopped growing. So I'm satisfied with this service which was quick, efficient and professional. Enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee and some chocolate while you wait a few minutes for your technician. Run don't walk to Smooth Synergy! Be ready for a boutique, family, friendly, spa, yet elite experience. Nicole, the CEO, Dr. George, the Medical Director, Michele (my asthetician) and Maureen, the spa coordinator, were all invested in helping and healing me, not upselling me. The space is immaculate and the decor has a fun, modern, and stylish vibe. I believe they are all experts in what they do and are ahead of the curve in the latest treatments and skin care. So, I could trust I was in good hands. I felt that they cared i was happy with the whole experience and wanted to exceed expectations. And they certainly exceeded mine. I had the Vitamin C facial with Michele and at the end my skin felt restored, healthy, and hydrated. It is really all that!

Even the most subtle enhancements look flawless, and he makes the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. While the services are on the pricier side, they are worth every penny. The spa itself is lovely, and the uptown location is very convenient.
