Dr Ecker was very kind and thorough with his explanations. I asked many questions and did not feel rushed. I would highly recommend!

I recently visited Sage, and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience. The clinic had professionalism while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff greeted me with genuine smiles and efficiency, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The dermatologists are not only highly skilled but also take the time to listen and address all concerns with patience and expertise.

Not a fan. Staff was all very kind and I did not have to wait in the waiting room long.... that is where the positives end. My 8 year old daughter came in with eczema challenges and was given no advice how to prevent or manage, instead of was offered steroid creams and oral medication to suppress... at 8! On our first visit with no history! When i asked how long, i was told this is something she'll likely manage/take for life. Further, although we were told Sage accepted our insurance, turns out they did not and I owed $215 for the 5 minutes I was with the doctor. When I paid the bill over the phone, the outsourced billing group could not find Sage at first, then struggled to hear my card number because their line was breaking up. I will be looking for a practice that better aligns with my values and patient care expectations. *RESPONSE* Adding to my review since I cannot add a response to Sage. While I appreciate the offer to escalate to the location manager, I called the office twice before paying the bill and was told nothing could be done and to contact the billing team. Regardless, I am not a values fit for your practice and have since found a doctor who provided preventive care methods, a plan to follow up, and a conservative medical route for flare ups only. I can see your practice has helped many and simply share this so your team is aware what my expectations would've been.

Love Dr Ecker and his staff. Everyone in the office is very courteous and makes you feel at ease. I was treated for skin cancer last year in my head and Dr Ecker not only removed it but made sure I had no scarring and stitched so my hair growth would not be affected. Would never think of going elsewhere!
