Great staff, got in and out, didn’t wait long. Dr. Hoover was great as well, very professional, educated me on what I needed to do. Highly recommend!

Felt like a complete racket. 10 minute visit with, not the doctor but the doctor's asst, led to a $600 bill being submitted to my insurance. Treatment consisted of a very quick body examination and around 5 - .5 second applications of liquid nitrogen to freeze a few skin moles or whatever. It felt more like an excuse to run up the bill than any serious treatment. Once I got someone from accounting to call me back, I voiced my concerns. Was told this is reasonable and normal billing and no adjustments could be made to what I felt was a ripoff!! Never again will I visit the Loveland office or any of their offices for that matter.

Friendly, attentive, and professional staff. Thorough exam, quick treatment options, and they answered all of my questions. I'm glad I found this practice.

I had a very good experience two years ago when I first went to them. Then needed to go again this week and same friendly experience and Dr. Hoover didn’t seem to be in a rush. He explained things and answered my questions. All there are the best.

I had my daughter at Urgent Care for this particular skin issue, they were stumped and had no idea what it was. It started clearing up with a round of antibiotics but returned shortly therafter. I found FRD and Nicole on our insurance page and they were able to see my daughter sooner than anyone else. After we shared what all had transpired, Nicole took one look and knew the diagnosis. My daughter is well on her way to feeling better. Everyone in this office, from the appt setter, to the front desk lady, the nurse who assisted Nicole and Nicole, were all attentive, kind, caring, patient and personable yet professional. Thank you ladies (and Im sorry I didn't remember all your names). This will be our dermatology office moving forward. Thank you so much!

Dr. Preston and the entire Loveland Medical team are always so amazing and helpful. I have nothing but good thing to say about this practice.

Dr. Hoover is always great whenever I see him. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and his staff is great too.
