Michael Kim Dermatology

Dr. Kim is honestly the best dermatologist I’ve been to. He’s super kind, very smart, really listens, and never rushes. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and gave me a plan that worked without trying to sell me a bunch of stuff. The office is clean, the staff is lovely, and I always feel taken care of. If you’ve been struggling to find a good derm, go see him!

Dr. Kim is the BEST. He’s so kind and calm and actually takes his time with you. My skin finally started improving after seeing him. The office is cute, everyone’s nice, and I always feel taken care of. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Kim is one of the best Docs I've ever seen. He has a wonderful sense of humor, and his level of care is exemplary. He's seen me in person each and every visit, not like some Docs who send in an assistant. Also, the staff is very accommodating and caring. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

My mom asked me to write a review since she is not computer savvy. Her experience in this clinic with Dr. Michael Kim was horrible. She visited the office twice and was treated very poorly. He said "stop(in Korean)" when she was going to ask additional questions. What kinda doctor does this? I took her to Dr. Patal in Santa Monica the following week and he was so kind and also done biopsy on the skin and just got the result back. Dr. Kim was not only unprofessional but made her skin worst by prescribing the wrong medication. It was lot worst on her second visit. We ended up not taking additional medication that he prescribed be cause he basically was not able to diagnose or willing to diagnose. Period. Not sure why some doctors even run the office. It’s so clear that they dont care about the patient. Her whole body was covered in hives. Sad.

Dr. Kim is a knowledgeable doctor that takes the time to listen to your concerns, asks thoughtful questions, and thoroughly explains his reasoning behind a treatment plan. Front desk staff are all wonderful, professional, and very helpful.

Dr. Kim is an excellent dermatologist. I have visited several times and he has always been extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend him and am grateful to have him in our neighborhood!
