I had an amazing facial today from Grace, she was such a sweetheart and a true expert at what she does. My facial was so good and relaxing. The whole environment is very nice and I love the warm massage bed. Grace gave me so many good skincare tips. Highly recommend

Mostly a positive experience. My facial was overall relaxing and felt comprehensive. The technician said a few things that opened some questions for me about her experience level and knowledge of skincare. I didn't find the skin analysis to be particularly informative as the tech stated that she's new and didn't know how to really do it. I was still charged full price for the facial despite not getting any useful information out of this service. Skin was very glowy afterwards but my eyes felt irritated until I washed them off as they were not cleaned well enough at the end. No real discernible difference in my skin the next day aside from some sensitivity. I liked the variety of techniques and technology used. The environment itself is relaxing. My facial did not seem rushed. No one tried to sell me any skincare products or additional procedures which I appreciated. The office is very clean. Someone microwaved food during my cryotherapy wrap at the end which meant that the room smelled like mac and cheese when I was under all of those layers. I guess that's the risk you run when you book close to lunchtime but I found the smell permeating the room to be very unpleasant. Overall, I still enjoyed it, just felt that certain aspects of it could have been improved.

I had an amazing experience at M Grace Spa! As a pregnant woman, I really appreciated how they made sure to take extra care of me throughout the process. Mhey was knowledgeable and guided me on what treatments were safe during pregnancy. I opted for the Hydra Magic Facial and added the Elevate Red Therapy, which was a truly luxurious experience. My skin feels rejuvenated, and the fine lines have smoothed out. The treatment was so relaxing that I even found myself drifting off to sleep! The soothing massage and warm bed made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I had a great talk with her and a relaxing experience, if you are looking to see improvement in your skin you should book an appointment with grace! I appreciated the in-depth skin analysis and thorough explanation of all my skin problems before the process! the facial itself was so soothing and relaxing and my skin looked amazing after. extractions were done so well and the esthetician was so gentle and professional. definitely coming back again soon!
