Terrible clinic. One of the staff members actually yelled at me, saying I wasn’t allowed to go in with my nephew even though I had been given authorization by him and signed his HIPPA. By law, they weren’t allowed to deny me entry. The delivery was poor, didnt handle it with care. The wait times are always extremely long, and the entire facility feels very outdated. On top of that, the co-payments are unreasonably high—yes, they vary by insurance, but for what this clinic offers, it simply isn’t worth it.

Got referred from my doctor as my daughter was having all over body rash, employees were helpful. The doctor listened to my concerns and giving an honest opinion about what she had. Went back for a biopsy, quick, informative and made my daughter be calm and collected. Now the results are back….. she’s getting better of a result to the flu the body reacted to a virus and is going away slowly. Thanks everyone

I was hesitant to make an appt initially for my son based on the reviews but wanted to give it a shot. I'm glad I did. I don't think I waited any longer than most new patients do. Staff was very nice. Dr. Perez was very kind and knowledgeable. As well as his assistant. They made my son and I feel welcome. Only problem. I have is the drive due to traffic and maybe the location throws you off a bit, but the help was worth it!

I was honestly regretting having an appointment made but I just went through with making it there. The waiting room is tiny and packed I will say that, but the service was pretty good and the Dr. got everything done quickly. He is also bilingual which was great! Just waiting on my prescription:))

I almost didn’t make my appointment because of all the negative reviews. I called to ask about parking, the receptionist was very nice & told me exactly where to park. I arrived about an hour before my appointment because I read that it takes a long time to be seen. I was seen like 20 min before my appointment time, this was my first visit. The doctor is really great, he not only answered all of my questions, he did not rush me and was very understanding of me having my son there since his daycare is closed. He was patient, kind, and most of all knowledgeable. I even asked him about a skin issue that I wasn’t in for and he quickly prescribed something to help. I’m writing this review because I want people with anxiety like me reading these to not be discouraged by reviews! I’m so glad I pushed through. If you prepare the right documents, come to your appointment on time and are nice to the staff you should have absolutely no problems. I have a follow up in a few months. I’ll write again if anything changes, although I don’t expect it to!

Reviews are on mark , waiting time are lengthlly. So far I've been waiting in the lobby for over an hour. One hour pass my appointment, one hour and fifteen minutes pass my arrival time.

I SWEAR I thought I had reviewed this place before. I saw Dr. Hernandez a fee years ago and was overwhelmed with love and care. Phone calls answered, little to no wait time (in my experience), and world class care. Their entire team inspired me to fight for my rights and seek out medical care to better my life. I am reviewing now because I was referred back with a new dermatology problem and let me tell you, I am so excited. I specifically REQUESTED to be sent back here because I love it so much. Amazing place.
