I've been coming to the Jeune Skin Clinic for 2 years now and my skin has drastically improved. The facial packages are really good value for money and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The doctor is awesome and always fits me into their schedule, even when they're busy.

Absolutely would NOT RECOMMEND this place. I made an appointment for the first time today. When I arrived, the lady at the front told me to wait 15 minutes to which I responded that would be okay. About 45 minutes passed and I was still in the waiting room with no explanation as to why it was taking so long. When I got up to ask how much longer I would have to wait, there was no one at the front desk, no bell to ring, no one to ask any questions. When someone finally did arrive, she asked me to wait 15 more minutes. When she saw me hesitating she said, "you already waited this much, can you wait just 15 more minutes?" I sat back down and decided to wait more but after 16 minutes, I was still waiting and decided to leave. The person at the front then asked me to wait 5 more minutes and I told her that I waited for more than an hour and couldn’t wait any longer. So I just walked out 1 hour and 7 minutes after I arrived, with no service. I came here based on a relatives recommendation but they didn’t seem to care. I wanted to check out this place for my own services but also to find a place for my clients (I work in the entertainment industry). But because of the poor and disappointing service/treatment I received, I WILL NOT recommend this place to anyone in my industry, company, family or friends. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else. Your time is valuable and you deserve better.

So far, scabs have not fallen offthis is an Excellent place to get ugly, moles and skin tags removed..Chang is very knowledgeable about all kinds of skin. African American skin can keloid and has sensitivity issues. He was confident and I feel as if I got my youth back...55 or so face moles truly aged me!! Thank you Juene Laser for knowing what our skin needs and being able to deliver!

I went for skin tag removal treatment for my face /neck/eyes .. Treatment was very professional and was quick … I was initially hesitant to get treated near my eyes but she assured me and did awesome job with such a ease .. I am happy with the service … thanks
