Awful. I called November 4 to make an appointment for Friday Nov 21. Today (Nov 19) I called to confirm the time of my appointment and the receptionist said I did not have an appointment and that I would have to do walk in. When I inquired as to why I no longer had an appointment she refused to talk to me. Glad I didnt establish a Dr / patient relationship with them because I cannot even imagine what treatment would have been like. I made the mistakes of not looking at the reviews beforehand, but I can see there is a trend.
Warning! The doctor was nice, but the pricing seemed a bit excessive. The Korean nurse who working with Dr.Cho is unprofessional! She didn’t answer when I asked questions, and I had to go back and forth without getting clear information, especially regarding lab prices or pills. She is really rude like an evil person, and every time I called the office, no one answered. I had no choice but to visit because I didn’t want to wait for a referral through my insurance. Honestly, she appeared irritated most of the time. It seemed to be a consistent issue with all the nurses there. Remember, KARMA always finds its way back; treating people poorly will catch up to you eventually.
I’ve been keeping coming here to treat a keloid. It’s great. Dr. Song is professional and hospitable. She is straightforward at the first meeting. But there’s no doubt she’s a good dermatologist.
This doctor has bad "bedside manner." she condescending and rude. But more than that, she didn't even look at my skin. she was in and out without looking at my face! Also she doesn't want to answer my questions about my symptom and when i asked something she yelled at me. This doctor shouldn't have her business. I wasted my time and money. Also, the front office is horrible. The lady at the front never smile or greets. She looks very mad and she was very rude. She shouldn't work . I will never go back to this office.
The worst doctor ever! Rudest receptionist and nurses. They are very mean and not respectful at all.You can just see an anger on there faces when you walk in. Dr.Cho is very rude and has temper to patients.Cannot ask any questions. She doesn’t listen to patients concerns at all. Never felt this unpleasant before in my life!!! Never want to visit or recommend to others. My hands are still shaking of what she has treated me today.I never wrote a review before but this place deserves zero star. Searching up google and youtube with your concerns are much helpful then visiting Dr.Cho!!
I would not recommend this doctor. She was an hour late for my appointment, and her bedside manner seemed very insincere. After briefly discussing my symptoms and their cause, she prescribed over-the-counter medication that cost me $150. The entire visit took less than 15 minutes before she rushed off to see other patients. She was the worst doctor I have ever met.
Why have appointments when you let your patients in after waiting over an hour even with an appointment? The workers are all extremely rude, especially when you ask for clarification on something. My mom and grandma went in together (FINALLY after an hour and a half) as they booked the same time, and when they were seated in the room the dermatologist (Korean lady in her 60s) kept leaving the room. This was supposed to be a typical consultation, which you would normally expect to go something like the doctor asking why the patient came in today, to which the patient replies and then they try to think of a solution and/or proper treatment. This doctor left the room in between each question, and when given a question she offhandedly said "it’s probably eczema" for my mom’s allergic reaction when it 100% is not. Then my grandma asked a question about a mole she wanted removed on her face, to which the doctor glanced at her arms and legs and said to book an appointment with the front desk and just left. They waited in the room for her to come back as they had more questions, but she was taking so long they asked a nurse when she was coming back, but they said the consultation was now over. No estimate, no treatment suggestion, just unprofessionalism. Do not come here. We wasted three hours of our day (including commute) and our copay for a consultation that was less helpful than google answers.
