I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel this one is important for anyone considering gynecomastia surgery. I had surgery with Dr. Kim about a year ago. Initially, the procedure seemed fine, but within two weeks I had to return due to blood clotting in my chest, which required a second surgery. Unfortunately, that complication caused my nipple to become tucked in. Over the following months, I returned several times with concerns about both the appearance and the physical sensation. Having lived with gynecomastia throughout my teenage years, I know exactly how it looks and feels, and even after a year, I developed a large cyst on the right pec—the same area that had been operated on twice. This procedure cost $7,000, and naturally I expected great results. However, when I returned recently, it still looks as though I have gynecomastia. I was told that any further procedures would require additional payment, even though my original goal was complete removal. The staff has always been great, but overall I am very disappointed with the outcome given the cost and the expectation of a permanent solution.

I am a client of theirs, and they've done such a great job on my skin. My skin have gotten better. Sophia took care of me, explains very well, and guided throughout the entire process. I would recommend this place. They are very patient and profesional.
