The staff and doctors are always friendly. I love the waiting room atmosphere. The doctors are on top of their game and always explain every procedure in layman’s terms. I always feel relaxed. The freezing on smaller spots only hurts a few minutes afterwards even in the most tender areas. I’m very pleased with everyone at Wallis Dermatology in Marshall.

Dr Fite (spelling) and my sweet nurse whose name I for some reason can’t remember at this time either were both amazing! Engaging, thoughtful with a huge side of smiles! They were amazing!

They refused to except me as a patient. Insurance network. Talked & Lied on my Doctor. I'm African American. United Healthcare Star Plus talk with them while I was on the phone. They except who they want & refuse who they want. No matter of a patient needs or insurance. I practically begged them to take me explaining how much I really needed to see them. They still said no. On the phone with my insurance company they lied on my doctor. Instead of telling my insurance company to take them out of their network. Rude!!! Unconerning! I really feel very sorry 4 the people that is going to that office. Because they are liars.

Dr. Fire is thorough, efficient, experienced, and has a wonderful and friendly personality. We have total confidence in her.

Dr. Laura Fite was exceptionally caring. She truly listened to my concerns and treated me with respect. Her assistant was also very kind and compassionate. What a pleasant experience to be treated by such professionals.

Dr. Fite was not present, so Scott treated me. Everything was really good. The nurse was excellent. Your people were all helpful The thing I am not pleased with is your electronic notification system. I was reminded three times, one of which I had a hard time responding to. I have mentioned this before and know that others say the same thing. One of my friends Ben Johnson, was there for his appointment (which he had written on his calendar) yet the receptionist told him he did not have an appointment according to their electronic records. I think your patients would be pleased to hear that you no longer use this system. Wray Boyd

I had a small cyst on my back and Dr. Fite removed it and her team was absolutely wonderful to work with. Had two stitches which caused no problems, and then had the stitches removed in no time at all. I am so grateful for thr steady hands of Dr. Fite and her team. 🙌🏼
