Skin Laundry - Park Meadows

I was a member for 14 months and got 18 facial laser treatments as well as 4 underarm laser hair removals. I see the smallest of changes but felt that I needed to add in microneedling and a ResurFX laser treatment to even see results. I went to cancel and was upfront that I was going to save my money for more intensive treatments as I couldn’t really see any results from their treatments. I brought it up multiple times that I was feeling like I wasn’t seeing results and a few times they offered to review my first pictures vs now but never actually followed through on those. The experience in skin laundry was also heavily dependent on the person with the laser. At least half the time I got a new person but 90% of the time we started later even though I almost always arrived 10 minutes early due to their policy. I won’t be going back to finish my underarm treatment as I’ve seen 0 results and it’s quite painful. It’s a shame because I originally was so excited to get frequent laser treatments and really bought into their system. I worked my way up to their max settings for the power duo and got 5 in a row only to see very little results (I was hoping for acne scar reduction and fine line softening). I even recommended them to many friends. Lastly even though they have a loyalty program if you cancel you lose all those points. I still have an active pass for the under laser but apparently they only reward loyalty if you have a monthly subscription.

Alex is the most beautiful soul ever! He is so beyond knowledge about skin and the care he provides his clients is immediately apparent. I couldn’t recommend anybody more to care for your skin!

I just had the most amazing laser facial and I’m beyond impressed! From start to finish, Liv and the technician made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and ensured I felt relaxed. My skin already looks and feels fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This was my first visit to skin laundry. The staff was very nice and helpful and explained in detail About the treatment that I was getting. Looking forward to coming again.

Absolutely lovely this place! The service is great and love my facials. I have seen such an improvement with my skin and texture. I joined their membership and have been doing monthly facials. Love it!

literally the most amazing experience. Alexander was so kind and caring and gentle. he made me feel cared for and that my acne was manageable and that things will get better. cannot recommend highly enough, if you’re within driving distance (or even if you’re not) please see him.
