Dr. Ali is the best, however, his staff is very unprofessional. I called to schedule my daughter a follow up appointment, after paying $100 for a 5 minute visit with him before. Was told I owe a $100 because my insurance was rejected, explained I didn't use any insurance I paid cash, informed me after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I had to speak with the biller. I indicated no problem but still would like to make the appointment since I had waited so long. She told me no and hung up on me. Please go somewhere where the staff actually cares about the patient. I found Dr. Craig Singer who is considered a TOP DOC in Bigham Farms, short distances away and very professional staff.

Falsely listed as an allergist, so I basically was scammed. Doctor had no explanation as to why it was listed falsely. Waited for over an hour, it is clear that they overbook on purpose to get more money. If you want a stress free and actually helpful environment go literally anywhere else.

They had a wonderful Dr. Moosavi who switched to a Veterans Hospital. Now, it's like getting you through a factory! You're just a cog in the rushing factory line. I don't know the name of the doctor because she was in and out in 1 to 2 minutes & left! It was horrible!!! Go anywhere but here!
