After hearing about Dr. Greenberg for many years, it was a joy to meet him. He’s lighthearted and very thorough. The office staff is friendly and as accommodating as a patient could hope for. Samantha is my go-to for a special medicine I take. She is very dependable and knowledgeable. I’ve also seen Dr. Call who is fantastic. So happy to know about this practice. Highly, highly recommend!

Robert Greenberg, MD - Consistently listens, consistently friendly and easy to speak with. Thoroughly answers questions. I don't normally give five stars for anything as nothing is perfect but I have seen Dr. Greenberg several times and he has been consistent in all these areas; I think that counts for much. His staff has always been pleasant as well.

Things have changed over the years when seeing a doctor. The bean counters run the show when seeing a doctor, get the patients in and out, the more a doctor sees the more $$$ is made. Not saying it’s that way everywhere and it’s definitely not that way during my visits at Golden State Dermatology in Livermore. In my experience with Dr. Call he takes the time to talk with you, we’ve shared stories about his kids and our grandsons, it’s not a quick in and out. He takes the time to explain the different options in treatment and what to expect, it’s old school at its finest, the way it should be when dealing with your health.

Dr. Call is outstanding, very personable, extremely talented and very patient focused. His bedside manner is fantastic, he is very interested in his patients and sensitive. I am very glad he is young and will hopefully be available for years to come.

I traveled a total of about 2.5 hours for a standard appointment and waited nearly 50 minutes past my scheduled time. During that entire wait, no one came into the room to inform me that the doctors were running behind or to give any kind of update. My time and money were completely wasted. About 10 minutes before 5:00 pm, I decided to leave. At that point, staff were packing up their belongings and there was no other customers..I was never contacted afterward, nor was there any acknowledgment that I had been waiting or that I had walked out. It genuinely felt like I had been forgotten. I have seen Dr. Tan in the past (which she was amazing), and my husband and family have been coming to this office and San Ramon for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Delays happen, but the lack of communication and basic courtesy was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Doctor Minh Dang is an absolutely OUTSTANDING surgeon and has the best bedside manner. I have had two surgeries performed by her and I am immensely impressed by her skills. I just had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my ear and the incision is immaculate for being in such a precarious spot. I also had a melanoma removed from my thigh a couple of weeks ago and that incision was equally perfect. She has incredibly light hands and you barely feel a thing when she injects you with the local anesthetic. I simply don’t have enough good things to say!! I would recommend Doctor Dang to anyone who is unfortunate enough to have to have skin cancer surgery.
