Your office is extremely professional. The service was excellent. I had a good visit with Morgan and Dr. Kimberly Dahlberg. They were kind, caring, considerate, professional, and I have nothing but great things to say thank you.

I’ve been with my Nurse Practitioner since I moved here almost 10 years ago. She is great. I get great care from her and it’s fun to catch up. She does a very thorough body scan annually. It’s almost more of a social visit combined with a medical review. She got my ointment ordered and I’m good for another year, and I know if something comes up, she’s there for me. The entire team is great at the Post Rosd location.

I was in the lobby waiting for my appointment, and the front desk lady was so rude and condescending to another patient. She wouldn't let her into her appointment that she came in for this morning until she paid her $50 balance from missing her last appointment. The lady explained that she didnt have her credit card with her right now, and the front desk lady said she'll have to reschedule for February. . . . The front desk person was so rude, and about made the patient cry in front of the entire lobby. I went up to the counter and paid the $50 for the patient so she could have her appointment. This is NOT how a medical practice should be ran. It was embarrassing for the patient and embarrassing for your practice. My husband owns an oral surgery practice and they would never treat patients the way I witnessed in your office today. Because you were unwilling to be flexible and understanding with your patients I paid for someone else's bill just so they could get the treatment they need. I really hope this gets addressed internally.

Go see esthetician Akieya! She is an absolute delight. She made me feel very comfortable and she has a soft yet firm touch. Great service and treatment! I will be back again. The front desk people were also kind and friendly!

Jordan and the staff are great! I went to the other dermatologist in the same office park - because of a referral by a new new primary care - and they were garbage. The other dermatologist missed issues and Jordan found them right away and scalpelled them away. Jordan has great recommendations and is very informative. Most doctors in Vegas are agents of the insurance companies and Thomas Dermatology is not one of those practices.

Dr. Corbett is the best! Excellent doc who takes time to listen and explain. She is also very kind and she has a positive personality.

Front desk staff standing around, like I was invisible. A young lady from around the corner finally helped me. Then another patient stepped up and was immediately helped. Staff standing around giggling in the back hallway. The Doc and Tech I saw were really good, but I was spoiled on the whole place by then. I won’t be back.
