I have never heard of an office not having a grace period. As I’m not from here, being 4 mins late clearly was an issue. I understand running a tight ship but for me to take a day off of work for an appointment, to have to cancel, I’m just ok. If it was mentioned on the site or in an appointment email I surely I would be sitting in the office 30 mins early.

My appointment was with AMANDA and she is truly amazing. I never had any difficulty with the front office or any of the nurses. I’ve always had good service there.

I explained to the doctor that I've had dermatitis on my face for 20 years. Tried everything, been through every cream possible. He prescribed the same EXACT things that I told him do not work. I've tried them numerous times over years with no real improvement. He wants me to come back in 2 months. This rash covers my face and hurts, I skip work because of it. I'm supposed to go through that for 2 more months for what? To prove to him? Waste of time and money. It would be nice if doctors would listen.

I went to Linda Woodson in 2019 for hair loss and potential PCOS, i literally had an entire beard and she never diagnosed me with that. sent me home with 3 travel size cetaphil lotions. now all these years later, im wondering why my physical health, hormones, and mental health has been going at such a tragic decline. I have PCOS and its important to change ur life around that diagnosis. Anyways, she did nothing, and im still receiving this 136$ Bill lmao. idk so weird. chose her cuz she's black, find another one! I am now finally able to live a normal life, and she actually HINDERED this process for YEARS if anything! Good luck! Mrs. Woodson is only here to serve looks! NOTTT derm!

Don’t go here if you get a referral from Tricare. I had an appointment back on January 3rd, 2025. Was told I had to pay a copay to be seen by their receptionist even though I explained I was a dependent and showed her my beneficiary number. Luckily I was able to get a refund from them. However since May I have been receiving a bill for the copay. I finally called the billing department to explain that this was already resolved and I was told to call Tricare. I had to do a 3 way call with their billing department and Tricare to have them tell me there is no charge. Hoping I don’t get another bill next month or I will be making another review post.

I never see the dermatologist there. Went there for eczema check and xeomin injection on my forehead, after 2 appointments my eczema still flare and changed 2 tropical ointments, the line on my forehead still clearly visible after injection, when I asked Amanda she said, it takes more appointment to make the lines not visible she said next injection appointment she will add the dose, I am not going back, my eczema still flare and what’s the point to get injection if the lines still clearly there and nothing changed on my frown line, better see the dermatologist not PA.avoid this place

I have been using Dr. Woodson for a few years at the Pecos office. I was sent to the Fire Mesa office for MOHS surgery. Thankfully they got it all. I have always been treated awesome, and with a smile. The staff is always on time and very caring for my needs and answers all my questions. They take awesome care of this USAF veteran. The best dermatologist in town is Dr.Woodsen.
