My 1 year olds first time seeing a dermatologist and it was so easy. They’re quick in the front and super sweet to my baby boy who already looked a little nervous to be in a place he wasn’t familiar with. His appointment went quick and we got some much needed results and solutions. I would definitely recommend this place!

I visited the office on 630 S Rancho the front desk staff and some of the nurses were extremely rude, unprofessional and obnoxious. Also my physician was an hour late for our appointment and the front desk staff said nothing. When I finally went to the window to see what was taking so long they said the dermatologist is always an hour late and laughed.

Had an appointment at the 630 Rancho office. I did all my check in’s on my phone prior to my appointment I arrived 20 minutes early and waited… 7 + patients that stood in line for a check in were called before my scheduled appointment at 7:20AM after asking my status I was told that I would be called next 🙄 this was at 7:55am. I waited for the doctor for another 35-45 minutes. The physician was joined by a student ( I was asked if this was ok and gave permission) my exam was no exam a photo was taken of my skin. My concerns seemed trivial to the doctor. No problem that was good news for me. I waited to be checkout and given another appointment while the staffed pasted out their "Starbucks and treats". All this and to top it off 😳my RX prescription was called in with no directions as how to administer it or when to use it. I was told by my Pharmacy that they would contact this office for accuracy and clarification. I tried to call at least 4 times… this was all before NOON 😂😅 I finally spoke with a person off sight that had NO CLUE who to reach for this error to be corrected. That was Thursday Nov 20,2025 it’s Saturday and I’m still without my RX. So good luck to you I hope you have a better experience, mine was unwelcoming, unfriendly, with a host of incompetent unprofessionals.

The women Dr.'s here are amazing. Not only are they professional and know their job, they truly care about you as person. Both of my Dr.'s were pregnant and due any day, yet they were in the office taking care of us as patients and was so nice and kind. All the staff, I met was also very nice. I thank God they are my Dr.'s. Also. I was blessed to get a appointment the same or next day. That is unheard of in Las Vegas. I strongly recommend you go here if you have skin issues or problems. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Biggest issue I have is their time management. I have arrived 40 minutes before my scheduled appointment and still not taken back till 45-60 minutes later. Both yesterday and today I was late for work because of this.

When I arrived the office was full almost like we were all in a cattle call. The gentleman at the check-in desk did have manners and said please and thank you. My appointment was for 2:50 pm and I didn't get seen until about 3:16. No one mentioned they were behind.When I mentioned it to the MA she seemed startled that I would even mention it but did apologize. It's time doctor's offices or medical professionals see patients as customers who are paying and that they need to do something to make them a satisfied customer rather than oh well this is how it is.

This will be the last visit to this practice. Horrible experience every time but this was rock bottom. Not notified practice moved until arrival and saw note on the door with new address. One hour wait past appointment time to spend 6 minutes with a doctor who prescribed something I cannot use. Goodbye one star minus
