First visit, and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very professional, efficient and friendly, and the PA that treated me was an excellent communicator and very thorough. She even gave me a good recommendation for a GP since I am new in the area. I will return and recommend to others based on my experience.

My first visit at this office. I was greeted upon arrival and after checking in was seen promptly by Justine Ipac PA. My skin concerns were addressed and questions answered. Justine was easy to talk to and we decided on treatment options together. I appreciated that and will be back.

I love Justine. She is so personable and really makes you feel comfortable talking about any issues that you have with your skin and scalp and I truly appreciate her. I also love the rest of her team including the front desk, they are the best!

Good experience. Justine always very nice and thoughtful. The assistant and front desk lady were pleasant and friendly. Plenty of parking there and hardly ever have to wait. Easy scheduling.

Initial care is excellent, however, they don't answer the phone and don't return calls even with multiple messages left over 2 weeks. I'm now out of medication and having a flareup and cannot get in touch with them to get a refill. Edit:after still being unable to contact them or get a return call I have removed 2 stars

Went for a routine checkup. Everything was very efficient, and I was seen at the appointed time. Staff was very friendly and physician was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend.

This company is a huge scam. They told me I had to pay $30 for a consultation and then billed me for $600. It was a 5 minute chat and we received zero treatment. Not to mention the treatment that they said they recommend was the least recommended by actual dermatologists. Took a 5 minute google search to find actual professionals said not to do that type of treatment. Avoid this place like the plague.
