Epiphany Dermatology

I'm a child of the 60s and 70s. To get a good tan we would cook ourselves using a mixture of baby oil and iodine. I had several severe sunburns from fishing or water skiing on lakes and rivers in Arkansas. Almost at sea level the burns I got there were mild compared to what they'd have been here in NM. I walked fields for family crop dusting my uncle's crops. I've had dioxide, cotton poison, and all manner of things dropped on me! So far no bad results though a couple of small patches of facial skin has been removed. I guess my run-on here is to say I have a couple of decades of skin screening appointments. Today was my first ever with Epiphany Dermatology. I'm thoroughly impressed with the folks who work there getting us up and running for that All-important screening. I have never had a more thorough intake, concerns addressed and the actual screening. I watch, listen, and try to keep on task to be sure I have a good appt so I don't need to repeat my appointment until next year. I was asked if I was comfortable having a doc in training shadowing my appointment. I hope I can help folks learning anytime. I had a female nurse and the docs were both male. In no way did I feel uncomfortable during my very close exam. All in Epiphany are professional as well as courteous. I am confident and have no anxiety about my skin health. Thank you to all the folks there at the office as well as those who initiate gathering info from us and great schedule reminders. I hope any of you contemplating Epiphany Dermatology for excellent care will give them a visit! Oh, just one negative item not for Epiphany but for whomever is responsible for inside huilding up keep. The elevator I needed to use today has a nasty, dirty carpet with trash on the floor as well as used bandages.

I’ve been going to Dr Kerner for years. He is the absolute best! He is extremely knowledgeable in every concern you have. Very patient as he thoroughly answers all your questions.

Decent medical care, but we have never seen the doctor in less than 45 minutes and it's often over an hour. Just found out they are a large business with many locations. That may explain why they are scheduling so that they can't see patients in a reasonable amount of time. More patients equals more money, but at the cost of patients waiting forever.

I drove from albuquerque for this appointment. I thought the Dr was awesome! The staff were awesome. My only complaint was my appointment was at 4:15 and I wasn't seen til after 5. Had I not drove over 3 hours, it would not have been a big deal, but I was tired and I had over 3 hours to drive back. Overall I thought everyone was great.

The staff is very friendly, efficient, and professional. The doctors and physician assistants are also very caring, thorough and personable! In particular, I am very impressed with Dr. Kerner who Is absolutely top notch in every category!

First, my appointment was not for another month, I called to see if any cancellation / opening for that day and luckily there was and I was booked in. Second I was as able to fill in all needed paperwork online. Lastly my appointment / seeing the doctor was direct to the point, just as I prefer, in and out in less than 40 minutes, with my prescriptions ordered for the next day.,,, this is the way to run a health care business..,thank you.

Great friendly and timely service. Dr. Kerner and his staff do a great job of taking care of their patients.
