Such a great experience from start to finish. Kylee is amazing!!! You can tell she really knows what she’s doing. She took time to understand my skin and customized the facial so it felt super intentional, not rushed at all. The whole experience was relaxing and my skin looked so good after. I’ll absolutely be back! High recommend to everyone in the area!

She is thoughtful, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, and it is so clear that she truly loves what she does and cares deeply about the people who walk through her door. Kylee is also incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to products, and you can tell she takes the time to really understand what she is working with. I have incredibly sensitive skin and she knew the perfect products to use that would benefit me best. She explains things in a way that feels approachable and never overwhelming, and it is clear she is thoughtful about what she recommends. Nothing feels pushed or salesy. It feels like honest guidance from someone who truly wants the best for your skin and takes pride in being educated and intentional with the products she uses. The entire experience felt grounding and uplifting. I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and honestly grateful. sKYn is more than just a facial spa. It is a place where you feel looked after and valued. I want to start off by saying that Kyle was absolutely amazing in so many ways. From her message and service to her overall personality, she truly made the experience feel warm and welcoming. I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients, and I really appreciated the effort she put into making me feel comfortable during the appointment. That being said, I do wish I had been informed beforehand about the products being used during the service. I have sensitive skin, and unfortunately, after the treatment, I developed an itchy allergic reaction under my eyes that has been really uncomfortable. I did reach out through email with photo proof to ask if this was normal and to see if there was a possibility of a refund, but I haven’t received a response yet. Overall, Kyle herself was wonderful and the service felt great at the time, but this reaction was concerning for me. I think it would be very helpful if clients were made aware of the products being used, especially for those of us with sensitive skin, just to avoid situations like this.

AMAZING facial experiences every single time. So relaxing and so professional. I feel like I leave glowing every visit! UPDATE: Two years later and I’m still loving the service. I feel so relaxed I’ve literally fallen asleep multiple times and woken myself up snoring. Kylee is amazing and what she does. My skin looks and feels great after each visit and I feel so relaxed and refreshed.

Kylee is amazing and literally the best at what she does! She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she is very passionate about what she does and cares about the experience you have with her. She gives the best skincare advice and when I follow her tips my skin looks so amazing. Couldn’t recommend her and spa more! Love!
