I had a great experience with my Dr. Obasi. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made the visit feel comfortable. Dr Obasi took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood each step of the treatment plan. What stood out most was how patient and thorough, I never felt rushed, always focused on making sure I felt confident about my care. I left the appointment feeling reassured, well taken care of, and grateful to finally have answers and a path forward. Overall, it was one of the most positive medical visits I’ve had.

We enjoy Dr Obasi’s bedside manner with dad. She’s an excellent doctor. She cares about dad and our family. My only gripe is that we have to wait quite a long time in the treatment room. Other than that, I highly recommend her.

Very tentative to my needs no rushed visit, took her time explaining on my situation. Really appreciate and recommend this practice.

was able to book an appointment within 10 days; the registration SYSTEMS are disconnected - I registered online via web, online via mobile links and in person. I prefer the web format, but it too lacks functional links. Waiting time in the waiting room is Laredo typical - I waited around 40 minutes. My experience with the Dr and staff was very good and was seen within 15 minutes of waiting in the exam room.

Doctor Obassi is kind and always treats me with the utmost respect. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and makes me feel completely comfortable during every visit. I truly appreciate her professionalism and genuine care and I highly recommend her!

This was my first new-patient consult here, and it was not a good experience. I was left undressed in the exam room for over an hour and twenty minutes — not exactly a warm or professional welcome. Even though there were two receptionists helping me up front, check-in took quite a while. I was also assisted by two medical assistants who seemed to be in training, but no one mentioned that to me. It would have been considerate to let the patient know beforehand. There was also clear miscommunication between the front desk, the back office, and even the pharmacy next door. I overheard multiple comments like, "I don’t know," or "This patient is confused," which is not something any new patient wants to hear on their first visit. The provider herself was informative and direct, but overall, the experience was uncomfortable and poorly managed from start to finish. Definitely not an enjoyable first impression.

Dr. Obasi is a wonderful dermatologist who listens to your concerns. She makes you feel welcomed and also ensures that you understand your condition and how to treat it. Overall, her office is will kept and office staff are friendly and welcoming.
