Safe Med Spa Lansing

So, this was my first visit and it was wonderful. I was greeted with a smile and the dialogue from the very beginning was friendly and continued throughout my entire visit. Jaimie, the NP was very friendly, professional, and explained the process she was doing and it went great. The nursing assistant was also friendly and very energetic and made things run smooth from start to finish. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience. 💛

A new patient to Health & Med Spa I had been to 2 different Dermatologist to treat my psoriasis with no luck. And was treated horrible. My Dr referred me to Health & Med Spa from the minute I walked through the doors I know I had finally found the perfect place for me. Everyone is so friendly. The office staff, the Dr, even the cute dog. I absolutely love this place. I also love the follow up text messages after my appointment to make sure I was doing o.k. I highly recommend this place. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Nice people, good staff. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews and avoid it at all costs, this might be one of my first. I always try to get issues resolved before leaving reviews because I know how much reviews matter but they don’t answer their phone and the bills you’ve already paid just go to collections and ruin your credit. I’ve been calling for months and I’ve gotten no help. I paid my bill in person the day of my appointment and I still am receiving collections notices for that same bill months and months and months later.

The office is very clean and the staff is extremely professional. I was greeted by friendly staff members and put into the exam room. Dr. was thorough and very pleasant. He answered all of my questions and elaborated on my concerns. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for an exceptional office visit Safe Health & Med Spa.

We were here for my toddler's eczema. The staff was very friendly. The appointment was very quick. Facility is clean and welcoming. There are stairs up into the office. Tho I did see signs for a handicap accessible entrance, I did not use the alternate entrance or see it.

The only doctors appointment I’ve ever looked forward to going to! The staff is so incredibly friendly and Dr. Fatteh is extremely knowledgeable, personable and makes you feel heard and taken care of. 100% recommend!!!

First of all let me say that I waited a month to get in this place because they weren't receiving my doctors referrals that were sent over. I had been here about a year ago to have xanthelasma removed from I eyelid. It was the male dermatologist..I forgot his name. So this time I was with a women doctor and she would not remove them because she didn't feel comfortable. I was in and out in 5 min..literally a waste of time. How is that possible when the other dermatologist was fine with removing it..why not just reschedule me with him. Very upset😡
