Doctor Anna is the very best! She goes way beyond what’s necessary for the patient in all categories! None better! She makes you feel like you’re part of her family!! Her level in the medical field is "unmatchable" in my experiences for seeing doctors throughout my life when needed!! I absolutely LOVE her! Give this Doctor the highest award for every category!! I’d give her not 5 stars, but a "million" if I could!!! 🙂

I've been coming here for years. Anna McCaughna and J Elliott are both great. They've solved every issue I've brought to them. I'm so beyond grateful for everything they've done and they are both very deserving of the glowing reviews they have.

This was a 4/5 but I was gaslighting myself. Told the front office I was sick and needed to reschedule. He couldn't hear me over the mucus then told me slowing down would help him understand me AFTER asking me all the questions. Asked when I wanted it rescheduled. I said ASAP and he said "okay... so tomorrow?" (my original was tomorrow) I said "No, I don't want to get you sick. Sometime after I'm done being sick" He said "I don't know when you'll be done being sick" I said "Right, and I can tell the future. Maybe next week?" My doc is regularly scheduled out MONTHS at a time. As soon as possible, but not tomorrow, because I'm sick. Guess when the next available was? Three weeks from now. My last appt was beginning of December and I'm supposed to come back every 2-3 weeks, that's how far out they have to schedule. The treatment doesn't work if I get it done 4 times a year. I'm trying to be nice and not get the whole office sick. I should've kept the appointment and gone anyway. They continuously double book me to get me in quicker (which is nice... I guess?) but I feel rushed and can't bring up any other concerns because I know I'm taking away from someone else. J is unfortunately a wonderful human and doc, but I can't keep doing this with the overbooking and scheduling people. Small edit: the emails. Holy crap the email. They have 3 or 4 different email address that send you botox sales and 'tips' for having healthy skin that yiu never signed up for. I'm sure it was nested into some document when you become a new patient.

Excellent service from the moment I walked in door. First dermatology visit so I was a little nervous. They listened to my concerns, examined me and gave me my options. Quick & efficient.

Dr Anna McCaughna and her staff were super compassionate and attentive. They were thorough. They answered all questions and heard concerns. Great bedside manner.

Should be way better with customer service. Made an appointment for June 18, made sure it’s covered by my insurance, all good. At the end of September I’m receiving a bill and when I asked what for, they said because you didn’t have a referral, but if you can get it backdated we’ll resubmit it. Talked to my PCP and he said "why would they take you in for appointment in the first place without letting you know about the referral?" Good job keeping information from the customers.

Developed a painful, awful rash right in the middle of my face. Other dermatologist offices in the area had a 7-10 week wait for an appointment, Advanced Dermatology got me an appointment within 2 days. The folks working the desk are efficient and kind, willing to do the extra work to make sure your insurance is accessed and your chart is correct. Time from arrival to exam room was about 5 minutes. Nurse Bria was informed, kind and attentive, took notes and assured me of my care. Dr B was in the room within minutes, both he and Bria explained my diagnosis clearly and answered all my questions. Dr B prescribed a course of treatments, instructed me on their proper use and possible side effects, and wished me well. The appointment was quick, but I left feeling confident that they knew what was wrong and how to treat it. Less than 24 hours later and my skin is already 50% better, the pain is gone and I am on my way to healthy skin! Thank you very much to everyone at this office, this process was everything I could hope for in American medicine.
