Dermatology Healthcare Excellence

My first time there and they got me in the same day because I was leaving to go on vacation and I had a worrisome mile in my shoulder. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The doctor also was very nice. She removed the growth to send off and explained everything to me. Even though I was a last minute appointment, she wasn’t rushed. I felt much better knowing what the probabilities were and not making things worse in my head. I will go back. I was so thankful that she was able to see me.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. As a doctor myself, I did a lot of research before booking my appointment as a new patient. Initially it was the location and great reviews that drew me to the practice. Upon further research, I was pleased to see that Dr Basak's medical training was at some of the most prestigious institutions in the Country. Her bedside manner is very comforting and her personality very "down to earth". The office is well run with all staff very professional and attentive. I particularly like the fact that Dr Basak could both diagnose my skin cancer and excise it surgically with Mohs surgery in her office, which is not the case with all dermatologists. Finally, the scar on my face is barely noticeable. Very impressive work. Thank You, for a wonderful experience.

If you like to go to a doctor and leave with something to complain about, you likely will be disappointed by Dr. Basak at Denver Healthcare Excellence. She and everything in her office are first rate. The office is well-marked, easy to find, remarkably clean, and beautifully designed and appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. I consulted her because I was concerned about four potentially cancerous lesions. I showed her one, she found the others and treated all of them quickly and with minimal discomfort. Highly recommended!

One of the best experiences medically that I have ever went through.They made me feel like family.And I appreciate everybody in that building more than they will ever know.They gave me my quality of life back and worked with me when they didn't have to true angels that work there. From being human with their conversations and talking to me like family to working with me.When I was scared, I have gotten to know these people, and I would recommend going here.If you have anything needed done from a dermatologist.Dr.Bassak is by far one of the best dermatologists, I have ever met and trust me, i've shopped around. Her assistance are great as well and I am going to miss them.Now that I no longer need their services. From the bottom of my heart and with all of my heart, thank you!!

After numerous appointments with other doctors, and months of suffering, I found this office. They were super friendly and quick to get me in and diagnosed me quickly. My symptoms improved drastically within 2 days of starting prescription. Highly recommend!

Grateful for this office. The staff is great and incredibly kind. Joanna was very helpful throughout the whole process! She really stays on top of things. Dr. Basak was great! Very knowledgeable and truly made me feel seen and heard even though she was very very busy. I did not feel rushed or disregarded. She even took the time to answer all questions and even provided me with further insight regarding my diagnosis that no other derm has. It is hard to find a Dr. That is not only knowledgeable, but also genuine. If you need derm this is it! Thank you all!

I was super pleased with my annual skin check. I felt like it was likely the most thorough exam I've ever had, which is very important with my family history of skin cancer. The doctor and her MA were personable and made me feel very comfortable. I'll be going there for all my derm needs going forward.
