Not sure if shots are working for weightloss, as I do workout and take other supplements , I feel better as far as energy after the mic shots . I've been going here for about 3 months or so , I weigh in every week, but In the last 2 weeks I've been coming , I couldn't weigh myself because they didn't buy batteries , like they sell them at Walmart, I had the same scale at home a year ago. Also within the last month Ive made an appointment and no one has been at the office , maybe an employee was late the last time , like 30 min late , because I called the business number after standing outside for 20 min past my appointment time , they answered 30 min past my appointment time and said they must have been in the restroom , I'm not buying it , they were late ,because they can lock the door that separates the lobby from the office space, I was able to reschedule but it's wasting my time , I'm a busy person that works nights , I would expect a medical office to be open during normal business hrs . Here I am again today not even 3 weeks later with the same issue, I made an appointment last week for Monday , which was a week ago , I get a call on Friday , which is 4 days later saying that they would be closed that day , so I rescheduled again only to get here at my agreed appointment time and no one is here . My appointment is at 9 am at it's 9:41 , there is a sign that says they are closed Monday 4/29 /24 , not Tuesday 4/30/24 . To me with all this going on it's unprofessional and looks bad for business , it would be better if we could get discounts or an extra shot for free for the inconvenience or something . I'm stay on south south of my city and their on the North side , gas is expensive and I don't want to make the 15 min drive over again the next day , as well as waist more of my time , really considering going to a better place . Staff seems irresponsible.

I have finally found a PM Dr that cares. Dr David is awesome! Would recommend to anyone that needs a great pain management Dr. The staff are extremely helpful and great to work with.

Program works very well if you stick to the plan. The Dr and staff are friendly and helpful with suggestions and answers to all questions.
