Warm, welcoming, and completely judgment-free. Melanie is genuinely one of the kindest, most caring people I’ve ever met, and that energy makes the entire experience so comforting and special. The treatments themselves are pure luxury. Every product, every technique, every little detail feels thoughtful and indulgent. At my first visit I had expressed I wanted to work retinol back into my routine after having kids, without the process of working it back in. So when she recommended a product that you didn’t have to spend 6-8 weeks working in I couldn’t resist. The difference was noticeable almost immediately. So of course, on this second visit, I ended up adding even more to my routine (no regrets!).
