Shout out to Dr. Kirsten Richards and Dr. Megan Pannell! They both are absolutely sweet ladies and listen to all of my concerns. I highly recommend them both.

The Dr I was under and the nurses in the staff are exceptionally rude and absolutely do not care if their patients live or die as long as they get paid.. They refuse to listen to the patients and they treat their patient as though they are so far beneath them that they shouldn't have to be bothered with someone that makes less than $100,000/ year. I have left their office crying numerous times due to how rude they are. theyy get paid. They refuse to

Doctor Divine has always referred me where I asked to be referred. Always listens to me and allows me to voice my concerns without having to basically beg to talk. If she thinks I’m being a hypochondriac she’s doesn’t say it out loud but she definitely advises otherwise. Great experience with her. Everything a primary care doctor can do for pain or referrals or to test for diseases or issues has been answered through her. Highly recommend her. I’ve seen a few others until I found her and they were okay but always brushed off my concerns and basically said it’s a weight issue. So thank you Dr Divine for helping me.

Myself and my two daughters see Dr. Mitchell (Hartman) and she is amazing! She listens with concern and tries her best to help or refer you to a specialist if need be! I would recommend her to anyone! The staff have also been so nice.

You're just a number. They don't address problems brought up at two seperate appointments and refuse to give referrals when lab values are elevated. Don't call or send letters in a timely manner with lab updates, don't get you seen for months, never gave my husband results for a very important ultrasound, after a week and a half he had to call on his own to get answers, has seen multiple different people and the PCP on our insurance is not who we see when we go. Office staff is polite but assistants and "doctors" or students or whatever they are truly don't help or listen at all.

Doctor was rude and incompetent. I came in as a new patient. She asked me no questions, decided the only thing I needed was a pap smear, and then screwed it up twice. The second time she knocked over the sample and had to take a third sample! Then she sends me a letter saying the results were inconclusive and I needed to come back so she could do it again! Absolutely not. She was rude and dismissive to boot. She and the nurses also need to realize that the walls are quite thin and if they plan to stand outside to insult patients that they can be heard quite clearly. My husband went in with a painful rash and shoulder pain. The doctor wouldn't even look at the rash and said he had pulled a muscle. We took him to another clinic thr following day and they immediately saw that he had shingles. Absolutely incompetent.

I do not recommend anyone to go here. I have to go every 6 months to get my blood checked for the medications i’m on, i went just a few weeks ago, and they are still not sending in my medications. I was told i would have to come back in for another appointment again when i have already came for this, completely unorganized, and unprofessional. I don’t think i have ever seen the same doctor twice in 4-5 years.
