I am newer to RevitalyzeMD but what a great experience so far and I already feel better! The place is beautiful as well as the staff. Everyone is so nice and welcoming from the front desk all the way to checkout Nicole, Jewel, Ellie, Shelby, Grace! And I know everyone else there will be just as sweet. I scheduled an appointment to have my seborrheic keratosis examined and consider laser removal. I was assured that they had the appropriate lasers for removal. The day of the appointment, Marissa, who is so sweet, consulted with me then moved forward with the procedure, but nothing was told to me about the price. Afterwards, I was charged over $1000. I was okay, since I was guaranteed success. A month later, NOTHING. So, they wanted me to return to try another laser. I went through the procedure again and this time...again, NOTHING. I would have given Zero Stars, except they were very accommodating by giving me a full refund, once I asked. The only issue I had with the refund is that I was given an apology for me not being satisfied with the results. Well, YEAH, of course I was not satisfied, as there were NO results. I wanted this done in one sitting and I had made that clear before I even went there. Again, Marissa was wonderful, but that doesn't help when I wasted two months and time getting lasered twice with ZERO results. I would suggest that the owner make certain what they are capable of attaining when they offer their services. I know that seborrheic keratosis can be removed with a single laser treatment...but they just don't have it perfected.

I truly had the best experience that I’ve ever had at a medspa. Ellie exceeded all expectations. She was so kind, thorough in her explanation of what we were doing, and I have never seen somebody so precise in doing lip filler. She really took her time to get the best look possible and walked me through it step by step . Fantastic time and I’ll be back 600 more times. Well worth the 3.5 hour drive to come see her!!

This is one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve EVER had , especially paying $1500.00 for an initial consultation for hormone pellets. Then they want over 300 a month for HRT . My first appointment, and I made it very clear that I have a job and I’m on the schedule and I needed to get in there later in the day and be seen at my appointment time and they assured me it would not be a problem. My first appointment the doctor was 45 minutes late and apologized because she was at home working out in her gym. Secondly.. well, I was asking questions and the Assistant walked in twice asking her if she needed anything and then telling her she had a telephone call keep in mind. This was 6 o’clock in the evening, and it was very obvious in my opinion , The assistant was just trying to get her relieved of having to answer all of my questions about my blood work, which I paid $1500 for this consultation. ( 300 plus 1200) this is for your appt with Dr .. then they do a pellet insertion .. it’s a total of 1500!!!!!! SECOND APPOINTMENT- keep in mind this is a luxury appointment that you pay a lot of money for I was not called back there for 20 minutes and this is important to me because I took off work to come here and it appears that there is no value in a person’s time at this establishment . The following week I received an text from someone at the office asking how I was doing on my progesterone and I told them I was getting off of it and I wasn’t feeling right about it and they suggested maybe they’ll speak to the doctor about testosterone therapy and I was like I am on testosterone therapy. Do you not see that in my chart? ?? I mean like very concerning … Third follow up - at 8 minutes after and no one acknowledging me sitting in the waiting room and taking back two other patients on their scheduled appointment time I got up and up went to desk .. girl working there was so rude and apathetic and says it’s only 8 minutes after .. every appt with this place was very disappointing The girls that work in there are soooo rude except Grace ., one of the girls up front ! Ladies .. you are assistant at a med spa not presidential royalty I am in the process of contacting my cc company about a possible chargeback . There are other places in Knoxville with very educated staff for 1/4 of the price and that is not filled with a bunch of staff that is rude ! No one has ever even tried to contact or reach out to me.. once they get your money .. it’s done ! Anyone can write a biased 5 star review When coaxed into it by free treatments or products . I explained this in writing when they asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I did not get an apology. I did not get anything.. worst experience EVER ! Update - within 30 minutes of posting this review , Grace contacted me and she refunded all my money . I was grateful she did this .

Very bad experience. Treatment recommendations made symptoms worse. Very little follow up and when someone did contact me it seemed they were unaware of previous visits and communication. During one of my visits the PA was more concerned with her makeup and date night than appointments. This is a very expensive med spa and it is not worth the cost. There are better less expensive options out there. Protect your health and go somewhere else. Once I said I wouldn’t be back fraudulent charges for a TV got placed on the card left on file with this office. Luckily my card company caught the fraud early and canceled the order.
