Absolutely horrible experience. Let me start by saying the staff are super sweet—kind, helpful ladies, and I’m sure the doctors are great too. But the organization and communication are an absolute disaster. I live between Tennessee and Florida and chose this place based on reviews and recommendations. I scheduled surgery, rearranged my entire work and travel schedule, and flew in from Florida to Tennessee specifically for this appointment. First time: I was getting ready to leave the house for my 11 a.m. surgery when I got a call from them—just two hours before the procedure—saying my insurance was outdated and they needed a new policy. This is after the surgery had already been approved by insurance and scheduled. They somehow figured this out the morning of, not a day or a week in advance. A complete waste of my trip, time, and money Okay… I was mad, but sh.. happens. I rescheduled the surgery for three weeks later. They confirmed the new date, told me the insurance was approved, and even asked if I could come in the very next day. I couldn’t, since I had already booked return flights to Florida, but I committed to the new surgery date. So I flew in again, this time booking two separate flights: one for the surgery and another for the required follow-up one week later, as instructed. I rearranged my entire schedule again just to make it work. And now… today, the day of surgery, I call just to confirm what time I should be there—11:00 a.m.—and they tell me, "Oh, your surgery was canceled because you missed your follow-up appointment." What follow-up? No one ever contacted me, reminded me, or gave me a time or date. Plus was nothing to follow up yet . I flew across the country—again—spent hundreds of dollars, lost work time, and trusted this place twice. And both times, they completely dropped the ball. The people here are kind. The staff mean well. The doctors may be great—I’ll never know. But the system, communication, and scheduling process here are completely broken. Two canceled surgeries, three flights, and a mountain of frustration later, I’m done. Never again.

I have suffered for years with my legs, no answers on how to fix the issue. The Drs here have taken tremendous time getting to the root of my issue. While this is only my 2nd visit I am very confident they will finally end the pain I have been in. They have done more in 2 visits than anyone else cared to. Very friendly very awesome people.

I recently started ultra burn injection 3-4 weeks ago with Elizabeth at ETVC.She has be great and everyone in the clinic is so nice and friendly. I would recommend ETVC and Elizabeth to anyone. The results i am getting is what i been looking for. Thanks

I have seen Elizabeth several times for Sclerotherapy treatments for spider veins, and she does an excellent job. Not only is she capable and professional, she is personable and caring. I have had good results and will continue using her for my sclerotherapy treatments!

Dr. Douglas and his staff made my treatments a pleasant experience. They are not only superbly professional, but also caring, and did their utmost to make me feel comfortable during my treatments. There is always a nice atmosphere in the clinic. It is also immaculate. I felt safe, taken care of, and totally at ease. They are very informative, which helped me understand what was taking place and why. I strongly recommend East Tennessee Vein Clinic to anyone having vein issues. You will not be disappointed.

I am beyond thankful that I chose East Tennessee Vein Clinic for treatment on my varicose and spider veins. Dr Douglass and his entire staff are amazing. They treat you like family and I honestly look forward to going in for my visits. They explain everything that needs to be done and make sure you are 100% comfortable during a procedure. I can tell a huge difference already in the way my legs feel. I highly recommend them!!! ❤️

I was recommended by my regular doctor and so glad he did. The first time I walked into their office I was a little nervous. It didn’t take long before I felt right at home. The staff was fantastic. I could joke and cut up with all of them. My favorite choice of music was playing throughout the office, which was very pleasing. I knew Dr. Douglass was special the minute he walked in. He will spend the time to listen to your needs and concerns. I knew I was in good hands when I left the building. I highly recommend East Tennessee Vein Clinic. You won’t be disappointed.
