Lake Washington Dermatology

The support staff at Lake Washington Dermatology is one of the worst that I have ever witnessed. While I do like Dr. Leavens, the people that answer, or should I say, do not answer the telephone, are very undependable. My wife called three times, left three messages for return calls, and NEVER received one. The following week, I left two messages, and again, no return call. This non-responsive action does nothing to gain ones confidence.

Dr. Joan Leavens is highly skilled dermatologist. I’ve seen her multiple times and every visit has been straightforward and efficient. I’ve had several appointments with her and have had zero issues and zero complaints. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She also put me completely at ease during my first Botox appointment, and the results were excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Leavens.

Having been a patient of Dr. Kim for decades, I have always appreciated her level of care and professionalism. All of the staff I have been fortunate enough to encounter have been cheerful, efficient and courteous.

Prompt and professional as always. And I think the examination room was a bit warmer than usual, which is very positive since I’m so scantily covered for my annual full body exam.

I have been seeing Dr. Kim for many many years and she’s the best. And all of her staff and assistance are amazing. Always a good experience. It’s so helpful.

Dr. Kim has been my Dermatologist for many years. She is always thorough and follows up quickly. She and her staff have a good routine and don't leave things to chance. The entire team are genuinely pleased with positive improvements and aggressively treat any issues...she and her staff are the best.

I’ve had a great experience at this practice every time I’ve visited. Dr. Patel is wonderful.. very kind, professional, and thorough. I recently had a mole removed, and the procedure was quick, painless, and stress-free. The admin team is always on top of things. I’ve also brought my son here, and the care was also fast and efficient. I’ll definitely continue to come back! Highly recommend.
