Front office staff = 5 ***** awesome & amazing Drs. Likosky & Ormsby = 5***** outstanding & well respected, excellent physicians Dr.Vale = n/a have not seen him. Dr. Rea - 0 I should’ve known when I called to make an appointment and was offered one the next day with Dr. Rae. She had absolutely zero personality and was very dismissive. I felt she was not interested in me or any of my concerns. I had been a patient of Dr. Susan Ashworth until she sadly retired. She was outstanding and personable. Cared about her patients and went out of her way after an incident and handled it exceptionally well. She was an excellent physician. Interestingly, I mentioned my experience to a friend and it turns out she also saw Dr. Rae and felt the same way I did and went elsewhere. KDA has been an excellent clinic with outstanding providers but Dr. Rae may ruin that reputation.

Terrible experience at Dr. Rea’s office. The lobby was dirty with stained chairs, and the exam rooms had partial see-through doors- no privacy, no soothing atmosphere. I arrived early, and my appointment ran late; Dr. Rea didn’t come in until 20 minutes after the scheduled time. From the start, her bedside manner was inappropriate and dismissive when I shared my concerns. I addressed this immediately, and while she softened slightly, there was no accountability. Doctors should be approachable, understanding, and sensitive to patients’ needs. Two stars goes to the front desk reps, who were actually wonderful! Between the unprofessional behavior of this derm and the unwelcoming office in general, I cannot recommend her or this practice. Avoid!

I was only 3 minutes late to my appointment, but the staff told me I was 18 minutes late and refused to see me. My reminders (email and text) clearly showed the correct time, yet they insisted it was my fault. Later, another staff member said I was actually 3 minutes late but the doctor only allows a 2-minute grace period — something I was never told. Meanwhile, I’ve waited over an hour before when another doctor was running late. Different rules for patients and doctors make it impossible to know what to expect. To make things worse, Dr. Rea was with another patient around my appointment time, which makes me wonder if the system had me scheduled wrong or even double-booked. Poor communication, inconsistent rules, and no accountability. Avoid this clinic if you don’t want extra stress on top of your medical concerns.

This was my 2nd visit with Dr Vale. I’m so impressed. His team are friendly, professional and efficient. Dr Vale made me feel relaxed and quickly identified and treated my issue. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I've been a patient at the same practice for many years, but my doctor recently retired. The doctor who took over her patients took several months to establish a schedule, so I booked an appointment with another doctor in the practice. Unfortunately, it wasn't a great fit, so I called to book with a different doctor. However, the receptionist was quite rude and told me I had to stay with the new doctor, not taking into account the importance of polite and professional communication with patients. I realize I don't need to stay with this practice at all.

My husband has been seeing a doctor here for 16 years, so I tried the practice per his advice. Dr. Vale has been the most amazing doctor. He listens to my concerns, takes time to ensure I understand the medical concepts, and partners exceptionally well in my healthcare. He is meticulous and caring. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My doc here referred me for a Mohs surgery then promply retired without letting me know. I was sort of annoyed at that so found another derm. after my surgery. Now, a year later they've been robo-calling me to set up an appointment. Annoying. I liked my doc, but office staff is perhaps overworked - or underpaid???
