I had the best facial of my life with Ellora. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and made the entire experience so relaxing. My skin looked amazing immediately after, and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Tracey, the manager, was wonderful and even sent clear, easy parking directions ahead of my appointment, which made the whole visit seamless. Such a great experience from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back.

I try to get a facial on a regular basis as getting pampered regularly helps me keep my sanity. Nika is always attentive and makes sure the treatment I get is suitable for my skin. I get compliments about how great my skin looks whenever I pay a visit to Nika, so enough said~. Highly recommended!

Quihurelis is a talented esthetician. Every time I sit in her chair I say "this is the highlight of my month." I leave with skin feeling amazing and my cup full after 50 min of relaxation. I’ve already seen improvement in my skin which has been flaring with acne after three of the most stressful months of my life dealing with a brain injury. Quihurelis has been kind and supportive in helping me. After a few facials over the past two months my skin is already improving.

I love Heyday! The space is super relaxing, and Nika is the best — she’s so sweet and does amazing extractions. The membership makes it really affordable, and if you’re not sure how it works, just go in and ask. The front desk team is always so nice and never pushy about upgrades or products.

Such a calming space and everyone's just so kind and friendly. I've been struggling with acne and Nika understood what my skin needed and has been taking such good care of my skin. She's so knowledgeable and always willing to explain procedures, ingredients, and all things skin. Bonus, she's so fun to just generally chat with too. I think the regular visits are slowly helping calm my acne, but I must say, the rest of my skin already looks and feel so much healthier. Another thing I love is that I was never pressured into buying products at the store. I took my time to read up about the product that was recommended to me and bought it when I felt ready. This is definitely not the experience you have at other such establishments, where they make it really hard and awkward for you to say no. 10/10! Love this place and definitely recommend it to anyone considering a new facial spot.

Most of the good reviews are from people who have never had a facial. I think they don't know what they are missing with this place. -The front lobby is nice but the actual treatment area has office cubicle vibes. It was cramped and drab. -They don't treat your neck or chest. -The expensive add-on was definitely not worth it. It was rushed. -No extractions, just some vibrating spatula that did nothing. -My esthetician "assessed" my skin by pointing out fine lines on my forehead. I am nearly 50 yrs old so it is 1000% normal to have fine lines and not something a facial will resolve so it makes no sense to mention. I love getting facials but this place misses the mark entirely for me.
