Got a groupon to get a session here and got stuck in a big mess! Strongly recommend not going to this clinic or getting a groupon for it. Neither groupon refunded my money due to their policies nor did the clinic do anything to give me my money back for a session I already bought!

Love love my Tox treatments. Best prices anywhere and have been using this clinic for many months now. Their treatments and service standards are the most competitive. I brought my son in for his acne treatments and his skin is clear and looks great for a very reasonable price. Unbelievable how busy the place is. Again, very happy and trust this clinic and their expertise.

I did different facial treatments such as micro-needling, Botox and IPL and it was always a good experience. The owners are very nice. I plan on getting a treatment every month, they offer great quality services.The lines on my forehead were gone completely with just a small unit of Botox and it’s lasting a few months.

New to washington, needed fillers and botox. I spoke with Nader, he was friendly on the phone and just as friendly in office. Was able to give a good deal as I was buying multiple fillers. I will say that i was hesitant with the reviews but my results were fabulous. Grace was my injector, she knew what to give tp give me a great facial balancing. Ill definitely go back!

I started going to Aura Skin Care about 6 month ago and can't say enough about how wonderful they are. The time they take to explain to you what to expect, is something I really appreciate. They carry there own label skin care products that are amazing. Thanks for taking such good care of me. Client for life 😎 David Anderson

I wish I had read any review before purchasing a livingsocial skin care deal with this business. The experience with this business and especially with their manager Katy today was worst in my life. It took dozens of calls and voicemails to actually talk to a human who repeated said they were busy, which delayed the appointment and thus expired the coupon. I arrived a few mins late to the appointment but was then left in the waining zone for more than 20 mins. When asking how long would the wait be, Katy coldly said she didn't know and could be another 20 mins. I explained my next appointment was approaching soon and would appreciate if they could have informed me the wait time. Then all of a sudden, Katy blasted out and started blaming me for arriving late (for less than 5 mins) and for expiring the coupon (thanks to their ignoring of my calls/voicemails). I responded that the way she talked wasn't appreciate for a customer and she went "we don't need customer like you" and "go talk to groupon". I asked for a business card and she was like "go ahead, what you are gonna do about me, I'm the manager." Be very careful with such business because even if they did fake being friendly with you like some other reviews here said, they were only caring for your money. Once you are stuck with them like a expired coupon, you will be treated like a third class citizen. *UPDATES AFTER THE OWNER RESPONSE* The response from the owner below is ridiculous and untrue. I visited to use the face value and never "became irate or started screaming" even after waiting for 20+ mins. But anyway, I'm not surprised by their false accusation, which is exactly how they have been reacting to many other negative reviews here, i.e. deny, deny, blah-blah. Yeah, it's all customer's faults. And we decided to only pick on you but not other hundreds of skin care business. Take a look at other negative review screenshot on Groupon. The exact thing happened to that unlucky custom and Aura Laser responded the same way, I.e. customer being rude.

I bought 3 IPLs and 3 microdermabrasions pre-COVID. I called to make an appointment to use them and was told that they purged their records and they no longer see them on my account. They did not offer ANY options. Ive lost my money due to their undisclosed policies. I call that theft!!!!!!! Don’t use them! This could happen to YOU! Wow! I see you found my purchase based on you telling me when it was purchased. You just incriminated YOURSELF. It shouldn’t matter when a purchase was made. There was no implication that a purchase would EVER expire. I wasn’t aware of the purchase date. Clearly you were able to locate it but won’t honor it. Terrible business practice. Your reviews show it all.
