I arrived early to make sure I had time to fill out paperwork which was actually on a tablet and very easy to do. They brought me in 10 minutes before my actual appointment time and was seen by Kevin who was very knowledgeable and personable. He used freeze spray on a couple of spots and assured me there was nothing to worry about! The staff was very pleasant and efficient! Highly recommended!

Staff were really nice. Check in process was quick and easy. Wait time was really good as well. Doctor Keven and his assistant was really nice and gave helpful information. We also received a goodie bag, which was nice and cute. Can’t wait for my daughter to try her new medicine and look forward to future visits with this office and staff. Highly recommend!

The office waiting area was clean, the receptionist was kind, the nurse was detailed and determined to help me. And Dr. Faust was informative and concerned about my skin condition. He made me feel like he genuinely cared. I’m hoping that my future visits will be as positive as this visit was.

Multiple issues... 1.) Scheduled appt. and received email welcome letter with "portal credentials" (login and practice url, no password) to register. Clicked on registration link which asked for a login and password. Since a url is not a password, I clicked "forgot password". Asked for my email, dob, and last name: "info not found." Called clinic and was told they couldn't send another registration link, to come in early before appt. to fill out paperwork. This sounded odd, considering I've never come across this issue with any other medical practice before. 2.) Received email reminders about appt. with an invitation to use their new app. Downloaded app to see if registration worked that way; same scenario as above. 3.) Found new patient paperwork on practice website (it is still available on the website!); e-filled it out, printed, and attached copy of my meds/conditions list. 4.) Called day before my appt. to see if the portal registration issues were fixed and was told: "we have a new system, some people have trouble registering." She now states another welcome registration can be sent and proceeded to do so. Same issues as above. 5.) Arrived at appt. early, attempted to hand over my printed new patient paperwork with meds/condition list. Receptionist stated she was "unable to upload the paperwork because it wouldn't go into appropriate section on their portal." She then stated my info "should've already populated in the portal." I told her I was unable to register (like I mentioned twice before on the phone). She then handed me a tablet to register/fill out the new patient paperwork. At this point, she should've taken my already filled out/printed hardcopy; it is ultimately their responsibility to enter patient info! Having to go through the entire paperwork again was very time-consuming, even though I already showed up early. I was still in the middle of filling it out (I have multiple conditions and medications), when the receptionist stated "I have time, I'll enter your meds while you finish the rest.". She then tells me that the reason why I couldn't login/register online from the welcome email in the beginning was because she entered my birthday wrong at the time of making my appt. I understand clerical errors, though she should've double-checked my info when I called twice about being unable to login/register in the first place. Would've saved a lot of rigamarole. 6.) Nurse took me back, I told her about the front issue and why I was still trying to complete the tablet paperwork past my appt. time, even though I'd arrived early. She also said any issues with the portal, I'd need to contact their corporate. Absolutely not - that is the practice's job! She asked if I wanted to speak to the manager though I declined because the issue had already taken up my appt. time and I was concerned I wouldn't have enough time with the doctor, being I was a new patient with a lot of dermatology history. 7.) I then asked politely if she and the doctor could mask (I was masking) while in the room with me due to severe immunocompromise. Especially when I had to take mine off so the doctor could closely check my face (I was there for already diagnosed rosacea). She proceeded to get a mask then went to ask the doctor if he would mask. She came back and stated he would not "because of his severe allergies" and that I "could still be seen or reschedule." Right. Allergy meds?! Immunotherapy?! Nurse then stated he was booked out 3 months. At this point I was very upset due to multiple problems with this practice so far. And - I was told he was the only doctor there so what's the point of me rescheduling if he won't mask? Due to the entire experience, I politely declined and left. Over the years with going to multiple practices in different settings and states... I've never had the experience I've had here.
