She put me at ease, educated on the best treatment plan for my skin type, and she was extremely informative about the procedure process. Lovely experience here! Brooklynn was amazing and took the time to walk through some skincare basics before taking care of the teeny tiny skin tag I wanted removed beneath my eye (with an assist from Karla). Super simple process, healed within less than a week, and was only $50. Wish I would’ve gone sooner and likely will be back again… fantastic people, beautiful space, and unmatched vibes! ✨

The front office staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. While I didn't personally receive services from the esthetician, Brooklyn, her professional and caring manner was also apparent. I highly recommend Karla Yanes and Timeless Med Spa. The level of care and professionalism I received, particularly Karla's skill in achieving a natural and more youthful appearance is unmatched!

I was told there was a scheduling mistake somehow that I was booked with Karla instead of the person I was first told. I feel extremely Lucky for that mistake since I can't imagine how there could be ANYone better chosen than Karla! Super friendly, patient, compassionate, very knowledgeable, professional, concerned for my comfort, gave great after-care instructions & didn't push unnecessary products! Karla worked very hard to make the most out of my appointment time; I give 10+ Stars & Kudos to Karla!

From start to finish, the entire team made me feel comfortable and cared for. Karla is smart, funny, and sympathetic to what I think are areas needing improvements. I always prefer female NP! She’s fantastic! Scheduled out a plan and we discussed, then approved.

Got my first ever chem peel and Karla talked me through the whole process and what to expect. I felt well taken care of! The facility was clean and professional. I didn’t feel like I was being upsold any products, a they gave 1/2 off my service for bundling with my initial consult. It’s pricey, but good to treat yourself now and then!
