Center for Excellence in Dermatology

I would not normally bother posting a review of a medical facility because nobody should be choosing a doctor based on reviews, but ... when I made my appointment with this office, it was months out. The day finally arrived. Three hours before my appointment, I received a message saying the provider was not in and I'd need to reschedule. Mind you, had I called out so last-minute, there would surely have been a fee; but things happen, so okay. Had I called in last-minute to reschedule, I would have expected another long wait for an appointment. But THEY called off on ME, so I was somewhat irked to find I'll be waiting another five weeks to get in to see a provider. I have not been to the office yet, and my review is "So not impressed". Perhaps when my appointment comes around, the provider will be fantastic and solve all my problems. I'll add a star and change to "Worth the wait!", but I'm not much of a one to believe in miracles. UPDATE: I promised to add stars and modify review to say "Worth the Wait", also I got a call-back and was offered an earlier appointment and treatment worked a miracle.

The dermatologist is amazing to start off with ! However, the front desk and person who handles the insurance part need training in communication and customer service to say the least!! I updated my insurance back in November, left several messages for the person handling the insurance with NO return calls. I call grand informed that I was supposed to email a copy of my card but was never informed this. Now I’ll miss my dosing. Looking elsewhere now, totally unprofessional and disappointed

My husband and I have been going to this office and being seen by Rebeca Eng for 4years now. She makes you feel comfortable and is thorough. My Husband saw Dr Hopp and had minor surgery on his ear with success.

I was referred here by the VA. I have an issue that needs to be seen soon, was told no appointments until February, and i that I should find another place. Everyone supports the troops, unless they actually have to do something.

Friendly personable staff who handled my procedure with professionalism. They cooperated with my insurance company and worked around my schedule. Dr. Hopp explained the procedure in layman’s terms and never seemed rushed. Jennifer and Twyla were both excellent, efficient and engaging. I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with the staff at the Center for Excellence in Dermatology. They were kind and caring, listening to all my concerns and providing me with excellent care. I couldn't have been more impressed with how they managed my case. I will definitely be recommending them to all my family and friends, near and far.

I have been visiting Becky Eng for various dermatology-related issues over the years. Not only did she help me achieve my goal of clear skin, but she also took the time to listen to my concerns and collaborate with me on a treatment plan. Additionally, the office staff and nurses are exceptionally helpful and supportive. I have consistently had a wonderful experience here!!
