KU Dermatology

Went in for some mole checks. The Dr and assistant railed my facial complexion and I left with some crazy facial prescriptions I did not ask for. The bill came in my mother's name, depsite her not being an approved medical contact and me being well over 18 years old. I HAVE to download their app and upload my insurance for them, even though I am at the counter with a copy of it 😅😅😅😅 this place is a JOKE

I had a virtual appointment for acne scarring. They immediately told me they could not help, and recommended I go to ST LUKES! I had to pay a copay for that...It was literally under 5 minutes.

I’m a return patient but they told me I had to be scheduled as "new patient" even my mychart shows my Rx and my doctor’s name. They told me the wait was 6+ months and I wasn’t even allowed to schedule an appointment because they didn’t have any. Worst service ever, I’m never returning.

Don't go here. I have completely normal acne that has made me bald....... If I could give 0 stars I would.

Do not go to a dermatologist here, they will just prescribe you topical steroids and immunosuppressants. I have been to countless dermatologists that do the same thing! If you are suffering from skin disease, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis the only thing that will reverse it is fixing your gut health/diet! This is something a dermatologist will never tell you because they are lazy and just peddle drugs. Way behind the curve!

I could not be happier with chosing KU Dermatology- they were on time, professional and very patient friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Great staff, very clean, and everyone is very friendly! All of the staff has a sense of urgency and seems to truly care!
