My visit to the dermatology office today was excellent from start to finish. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy! Dr. Carrie Mallen took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear explanations about my treatment options. I appreciated how thorough the exam was, and I felt confident in her expertise. Overall, I left feeling well cared for and informed about the next steps for my skin health. Definitely will recommend this office in Jersey City!

I was nervous about coming here based on some of the reviews but I kept an open mind. Everyone deserves kindness and compassion when they go anywhere for treatment and as a patient I always try to be kind as well. It was a good visit! Everyone was really nice and I was seen really quickly. I saw Lauren vitalo and she was really nice! Also the waiting room is cozy as far as waiting rooms go

I've been a loyal client of this dermatologist office for years, but my last two visits were disrupted by a toddler roaming freely in the office. The child was touching objects, attempting to enter patient rooms, and distracting staff. As a client, I'm concerned about the potential liability and distraction this poses. I hope the office will consider implementing a policy to ensure a safe, comfortable, and distraction-free environment for patients and staff.

I have been taking my girls to this office for 2 years now. The staff and the PA were phenomenal and better with kids than most places just for kids. We were in and out in under an hour. The prescription was ready as soon as we got to the pharmacy. I cannot say enough good things. I’ve told everyone I know what a great place this is!
