I met Dr. O’Shaughnessy for the first time and was impressed with the care and listening. Had the most thorough skin cancer check. Additionally, I’ve never experienced such a well run and punctual office. They run on time to the minute. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was an excellent improvement over my former dermatological practice with efficiency, attention to details, and a fresh interior. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable, but you’ll never sit there long. Highly recommend.

I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly (within 2 business days) and checked in via phone. Upon arriving in the office, I was brought back to an exam room right at the exact appointment time. Dr Moon, who I’ve seen several times over the years saw me within minutes. She was extremely pleasant and fully explained my medical situation and what to expect after lab analysis. I have been a patient at this practice for years and have yet to have a poor experience.

Elleanor Schultz, PA was very efficient. She explained everything as she examined me and was quite thorough. I was given breathing exercises to do to breathe through my biopsy. She always asked if I had more questions and explained everything in detail. Office staff were also quite efficient and I was seen right on time and checked out easily. Highly recommend.

0verall it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were polite and efficient. I was taken a few minutes ahead of my appointment. In the examination room Anna, the assistant verified my reason for coming in taking 5 minutes to review my concerns and the reason for my visit. A few minutes latter the PA, Elleanor Swartz came in. She went over what she understood to be the issues explaining what she recommended and why. At the same time she answered questions that came up during the examination. An Rx was sent to the pharmacy as well as providing me the name of an over the counter application that she recommend. I was in and out in 20 minutes. From my perspective it was a good visit.

Was able to get a next day appointment with Kirsten for what I was afraid was a skin cancer near my eye. Thankfully turned out to be nothing concerning & she froze it for me. I’m so grateful they were able to see me quickly, especially as a new patient. Kirsten and the entire staff were so kind and professional. I am definitely moving my records here. Kirsten has made me a patient for life.

Dr. O’Shaughnessy is terrific! She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner. I have been her patient for three years and would highly recommend.

Dr Moon has been my doctor for over 20 years. I have great respect for her skill, knowledge, and compassion. She is everything you could wish for in a medical professional and a friend. She has always addressed my concerns and treated me with kindness and skill. Anna her assistant was also very professional and made sure I understood how to care for my biopsy.
