Had to wait over 30 minutes before seeing the doctor only to be told to go home and reschedule another appointment a couple weeks later. Doctor Parvin asked really insensitive questions and instantly judged me. She doesn't listen to her patients and just does whatever she wants even if the patient is uncomfortable. Her assistant pressured me to accept a second appointment and was rude and inconsiderate. I cancelled the second appointment after arriving home and will never return. They even gave me a phone call a month later so they can steal more of my money. Never go to this place ever unless you want to donate your money and not get any treatment. Some medical folks are only in it for the money and she is one of them.

I am a tennis player and spend many hours under the sun. I developed a discoloration on my nose. It wasn't very comfortable to hang out in public with that. A good friend referred me to Dr Shafa. I still can not believe she removed the dark skin within 1/2 an hour. She has a medical touch 🙏🙏

I recently saw Dr. Shafa for an impacted cyst on my chest, and once again, I had an outstanding experience. I had been to her before for a mole removal on my forehead—which was quick, painless, and healed so well it’s like the mole was never even there. That experience gave me the confidence to come back to her for this cyst, especially because I was worried about scarring. She handled the situation with the same level of care, precision, and professionalism I remembered. I really appreciate how efficient and straightforward she is during procedures.

Dr. Parvin and her team are simply outstanding. Despite my busy touring schedule, I always make time to stop by their clinic because of the warm and welcoming family-like atmosphere. Everyone is just so friendly and accommodating. With her extensive knowledge and years of experience, Dr. Parvin is undoubtedly the best in the business. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my healthcare needs

My son had acne, so I booked him for a facial cleaning. The doctor never actually did the cleaning — she only prescribed a cream and charged our insurance every month. Each visit for six months she just repeated to keep using the cream. The acne never improved, and we wasted time and money. Very expensive and no results. I do not recommend.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Parvin Shafa. She drew my blood without gloves, without cleaning her hands, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I spoke up, she got upset and rude. On my second visit, they charged me again even though it was just a follow-up. The staff was cold and unkind. She seemed more interested in money than patient care. I do NOT recommend Dr. Shafa to anyone.

About 12 years ago, I came to see Dr Parvin for a mole removal on my face. She was so kind, gentle, and thorough in her care. I was worried about having a scar since I’d had other moles removed on my body that left marks. She is so skilled and professional that even years later, I still have no scarring. I recently brought my daughter in to see her as well, for mole removal, because I know Dr Parvin can be trusted to do the best work.
