The doctor is rude, treated us as if we were "stupid" or at least we felt that way. I feel he is full of himself. I was translating for my husband, and when I told him we have been using the shampoo he is prescribing for two years already he said we were using it incorrectly. Didn’t even bother to check if it could’ve been something other than dandruff. He could’ve run a test or instead of belittling us, he could’ve have spoken in a more approachable tone. His nurse was much more polite and explanatory. I don’t know if it’s a personality issue or if he was just ignorantly judging us based on presumed assumptions he has on us based on how we look. First and last visit with this dermatologist.
I highly recommend Dr. Lee for your dermatology needs. I just returned to his practice after several years of not seeing him( due to insurance changes). My recent visits have reminded me of the professionalism and care this practice provides. Not only is Dr Lee extremely skilled in his field, his staff is kind, considerate and respectful. Thank you to Dr. Lee and your entire staff.
Dr. Lee and his entire Team are very professional and reliable. When I leave his office after my biannual appointment, I know that I received a thorough examination and have the peace of mind knowing that any possible skin issues have been eliminated. After 2 years of checkups, I can report that each examination is detailed and not a quick overview. Dr. Lee has found issues which were missed by my previous Dermatologist. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Lee. The best Dermatologist I have had in over 50 years.
I got a bill after 2 years and I am pretty sure that I have paid. I cant pull out a proof because it has been 2 years. Where can I find proof? I called the office and she said the billing office is behind. Why is it patients' problem that your own staff messed up the billing?
I had been to two other dermatologists regarding sores in my scalp. I recently visited dr. Lee's office and Melissa diagnosed the problem and gave me two prescriptions. One oral and one topical. These sores that usually take weeks, if not months to heal are already gone after a couple of days. The appointment was on-time. I didn't have to wait in the office. The staff is friendly and efficient. I'm very happy with this office.
My husband went in for a mohs procedure. He had two done on the same day (illegal) they said they would bill it on different days so insurance would pay. After the stitches were removed the following week the leg wound opened up. Dr Lee stitched it back up without cleaning it properly and within 24 hours my husband had a fever and chills and was in urgent care since he could not walk. They gave him antibiotics and said if the redness extended beyond the circle they drew to go to the ER. The next day it was worse and we went to the ER, it was cleaned and IV antibiotics were administered. They opened the stitches and stuffed the wound and he returned to have it changed the next day and needed more IV antibiotics. Fast forward 6 weeks of wound care, daily nurse changing and cleaning, wound pump, loss of work for four weeks, we are almost at the finish line. Final straw, one spot of concern on his face was brushed off as an age spot. After going elsewhere since our Dr friend insisted it be looked at, it is a positive basil cell and needs a Mohs procedure. I want everyone to know this so they do not make the same mistake as us and read reviews. This has nothing to do with bad bedside manner, that we can handle if the physician is competent.
Received a bill marked LAST NOTICE for services over 2 years which I am pretty sure were paid for at the time. The Invoice was marked LAST NOTICE even though I have heard nothing from them in those 2 years. Disgraceful way to run a business
