WORST botox experience. Eyebrows dropped, one corner hiked. Apparently I gave them consent to add extra units for my neck which I do not recall becayse the Pronox made me pretty high. They disagree with my argument but I'm not the type to make up stories. I've been a loyal customer here for a few years and this is the first time I'm requesting a refund. I ended up paying $850 for my face and neck. I've never gotten more than 40units at once so this is upsetting especially for the worst results I have to live with for the next 4-6months!!! The nurse who did the injection saw my face and could only recommend warm compression to make the botox go away faster 😆. I'm waiting to get a refund and will update on it ASAP.

I received 20units of botox and for the first time in over 20 years of getting the injections, I experienced a disturbing side effect. 2 days after the injections, I developed Pulsatile Tinnitus (I could hear my heartbeat in my ear). So alarmed and unsettled by the symptom, I almost cancelled a job contract. Then I went to Urgent care. The MD advised me that I may not have received "Botox" but rather another product. Ask to watch the medication being drawn up. (this was the first time the medication was brought in the room already in the syringes)

I am absolutely furious with the laser hair removal service I received. I paid for treatments on three areas--underarms, Brazilian, and full legs--six sessions each, and the results were beyond disappointing. (They offered me a discount because I purchased packages.) Despite shelling out a significant amount of money, I saw no improvement whatsoever. My fine hair remained stubbornly unchanged, and to make matters worse, every single treatment felt rushed and incomplete. Despite specifically paying for a Brazilian treatment, they only bothered to target the front area, completely neglecting the rest of the private area. As for the full leg treatment, it was a joke-- the technician slid the laser wand so fast over my legs that it didn't even come close to providing precise treatment. But the cherry on top? The relentless pressure from the front desk staff to purchase additional packages at every appointment, making it abundantly clear that all they care about is squeezing more money out of their customers. Let me tell you, forking over my hard-earned cash for three areas over six treatments each was an absolute rip-off. Save yourself the hassle and find a reputable provider who actually delivers on their promises. Overall experience, waste of money, waste of time, waste of energy!!! I should have chosen someplace else

Do NOT use this place. It's so sketchy! They verbally "promise" not to share your personal info, yet they take your picture and your DRIVERS LICENSE picture even after you ask them not to! Then, while I am in only my pants and bra, one lady rushed out the last tech to hurry to another room and left the door wide open for all to see me as they passed in the hall!
