Just a few days ago I returned to Lassi to have a 2nd Basil Skin Cell Cancer removed. As always Lassi came through with great timeliness and a host of wonderful nurses and two surgeons. The process was seamless and great. The work was more than I expected, this goes with the territory often. What I can say affirmatively, I wouldn't go anywhere else as the Lassi team went over and above to make my second experience as good as my first. This time they did the opening and closing all in one day. The Fellow, was outstanding who worked side by side with Dr. Hankey. She took extra time, giving great amounts of care and compassion to see that the closure was perfect. The team of nurses did fantastic care seeing to it that I would not feel a thing from pre-op to closure, I can't say enough. Throughout the experience communication was a priority of Lassi Team and it was also comforting to know one nurse was also on my surgical team from November of 2022. Knowing this practice brings the best Fellows to come study and practice means that Dr. Hankey is not only providing the best care in his practice, he is also setting up surgeons to launch and either join equally great practices and possibly open their own some day. What was even greater, is faith is important to Dr. Hankey and his associates and that equally impacted me to, their faith in Christ Jesus, knowing Jesus guides their hands helps me know beyond a shadow of a doubt I will keep returning as need arises. Great office. Have used them for a number of years for my general dermatology needs. Always kind. Always on time. And post procedure follow up when needed is top notch. I am grateful for the work they do.

Dr. Beth Brogan is outstanding. She makes you comfortable during your exam and has good advice on keeping yourself healthy.

I went in for a facial rash and brought my current prescription ointment (from my primary Physician that hasn’t been working), which the PA at Lassi physically looked at. Despite this, I was prescribed the exact same medication — same name and same strength. I didn’t realize this until after getting home from the pharmacy and taking out the cream. I paid $60 at the pharmacy for the same cream on top of the $100 visit. There was no discussion or warning that the prescription was identical, which made the visit a waste of time and money. I called their office to speak with my provider and ask why she prescribed me the same cream that I brought in. They said she’d give me a call back and never did.

Everyone there is so friendly and professional, always on time and efficient!!! I can confidently go to my appointment during working hours knowing that my concern will be addressed and that I will be back to work in a timely manner. I'm so satisfied that I've recommended them to friends! Way to go

Doctor Brogan has a very well organized practice. I arrived early; was called in early and quickly seen by the doctor. His examination was thorough, and explained clearly. All in all, this was a much better experience than I expected.
