I had a great experience at Asia Pacific. The office is clean, welcoming, and very professional, and the whole team made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everything felt organized and relaxed — never rushed or pushy. Rita was amazing to work with. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and really takes the time to listen and explain things so you feel confident and at ease. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and the quality of her work. I’m really happy with my results and will definitely be back. Highly recommend both the office and Rita! 5/5 for sure!

I am so happy with my experience here at Asia Pacific. I got a scarless BA by Dr Shim Ching and I am SO HAPPY with my results! I am a mom with 3 babies and I am more confident than ever. Wonderful experience! It was my first time experiencing anything to do with Botox and fillers so I was very nervous but excited. The front staff and the whole office vibe made me feel comfortable. I am amazed at the outstanding artistry of Dr Ching. had a major repair to an eyelid which was not functioning properly and also had a full face, neck, brow, lip lift. He did not change any features and kept me so natural, I am so happy w the outcome. And he and his staff took such great care of me from start to finish. The results are so worth the experience. It has made me feel so much younger and fresher . Just amazed and so grateful!

Rita was absolutely amazing and so professional. She clearly knows exactly what she’s doing, and from the moment I met her, I had zero hesitation. She’s also incredibly beautiful, which made the whole experience even more comforting. Olivia, her assistant, was so accommodating and helpful when I was inquiring about their services. At one point I even got cold feet and thought about canceling, but I’m so glad I didn’t. The ambiance of the office and the views were truly indescribable—so calming and luxurious. Parking was also a breeze. I pulled up to valet and it was completely complimentary, which made the whole visit even smoother. I highly recommend Rita and her team to anyone looking for quality care and an exceptional experience.

This was my first surgery ever, and now that I’m one month post-op, I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, my surgical consultant, Kristy, was incredible. She truly held my hand through the entire process and made everything feel smooth and manageable. I tend to be a little anxious by nature, and she consistently made sure I felt comfortable, informed, and supported every step of the way. Kristine was amazing with my pre-op and post-op instructions. She took the time to walk me through exactly what to expect before surgery and after. Since I’m very active and exercise regularly, she prepared me for how important recovery and rest would be, so nothing came as a surprise later on. That guidance made a huge difference in how confident and prepared I felt throughout the process. I also want to give a huge thank you to Noel, who referred me here and supported me from the very beginning. She was always so encouraging and kept me informed every step of the way—not just about the surgery itself, but also about the benefits and perks available to me. She made sure I understood programs like Allie, which allowed me to receive discounted Botox and savings on skincare products with each appointment. Having that kind of ongoing support and transparency made the entire experience feel even more positive and rewarding. And of course, Dr. Ching was absolutely the best. He made me feel at ease, answered all of my questions, and delivered results I’m truly happy with. I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Dr. Ching and his entire team to anyone considering surgery.

Visited around 4 months ago to receive chin filler with Rita and while I’m relatively happy with my results, my experience was unfortunately so off-putting. I had been debating getting the procedure done for a while and after extensive research finally decided it was worth it and that Dr. Shim Ching’s office was by far the best provider on island. The rooms are nice, valet very helpful ( they tip the workers themselves so it’s great to know that they’re definitely being taken care of), but when I was called from the waiting room Rita seemed fairly disinterested. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt seeing as it had only been about 30 seconds into meeting her. In the procedure room, I got my consultation done and found I’d likely have to get botox to my mentalis as well, which would have been fine with me except for the fact that from that point on I was given absolutely no other information as to what was happening — what was going in my face, why, where. I still have no idea what filler I was even given. It was almost completely silent other than very brief small talk and I was only given information when I asked for it. Even then the responses was sparing and it seemed as though she was annoyed with me asking, and as someone who has never gotten anything cosmetic done before and who really values customer service and/or bedside manner, it just tainted the experience and made me feel like I wasn’t wanted there. On top of that, the fact that I wasn’t given any information as to what she was actively injecting into my face was really disappointing. I think I’ve had more attentiveness and information given at a nail appointment. This didn’t help with the fact that when I walked out the door, the total was a good amount more than I was expecting — again, fine, but I would have loved to know what I was paying for and would have valued my experience a lot better if I had felt taken care of. That being said, I did like my results and at least know I would get filler again. I just don’t think I would go back to Asia Pacific to get it.
