Worst Massage & Spa Experience We’ve Ever Had Honestly, this was the worst massage and spa experience we’ve ever had. I’m not sure how this place has so many positive reviews — something feels off about them based on what we experienced. When we arrived, several staff members were running around in a very small space (they only have about four rooms). It was chaotic and loud, with staff talking to each other at full volume. There was absolutely no calm or relaxing spa atmosphere. We were asked to remove our shoes, and a staff member brought out two large bowls with what looked like Tide detergent in the water and told us it was a "foot spa" and to put our feet in. We were left sitting in the main waiting area — not even in a private room — with nothing else happening. They briefly took us into the "honeymoon room" just to take a photo, then immediately moved us to another room for the massage. The honeymoon setup did not feel special or luxurious at all — it felt staged. The massage itself was very disappointing. There was no proper hot stone treatment and no face massage. Overall, the service felt rushed and unprofessional. In my opinion, this place is a scam and absolutely not worth the price. Don’t be misled by the reviews — our experience was nothing like what is advertised. If I was able to give negative 5 starts definitely I would.

An amazing lovers package. The soaking tub was so nice and then of course the massage was amazing. I felt like butter. So smooth and so relaxed. Hard to do anything but just rest afterwards. It was a highlight to our visit to Oahu. 🫶

Just had an awesome experience with Lisa . The massage was great and I feel amazing afterwards. Adding this to my must do when I come to visit Hawaii! My husband also saw Tina who was fantastic as well. They truly care about their customers !

Man. I will NEVER book with this place again. First they told me to call to make an appointment and mention the Groupon. When I called and mentioned it the woman on the phone was talking over me yelling about how they have better deals than Groupon. I told her I’ve already bought it then she asked me to screenshot it and text it to her. I did it but it felt weird. So when we got there and walked in. There were a lot of people seemingly leaving and the staff seemed confused and anxious. I presented the Groupon upon arrival and they kept staring at it and yelling back and forth in thier native language. I’m not sure if they were talking about the Groupon or my wife and I. It was very strange and uncomfortable. They made us take our shoes off as well while we waited. After a few minutes of waiting. We were asked to put them back on and follow two employees downstairs because they were "full" upstairs. This was a red flag for me because I booked the room with the view. They took us downstairs and around the corner to some dark fairly creepy place. I was getting a bit nervous and annoyed because the lady who we followed down got really bossy. There were no pleasantries or anything. Just a lot of "Go over there!" "Sit down!" While hitting my arm or leg. Not a lot of manners at all. IMO massages are supposed to be relaxing but it didn’t feel like it. It feel like a big bait and switch. While the massage was happening there was a lot of back and forth with the door opening and constant talking between them and the people outside of the door. My wife dozed off once but I felt uncomfortable and was on high alert. When it was over I Venmo the tip the woman kept yelling the amount of money as if it wasn’t enough. Even though they offered us water it wasn’t like a bottle or cucumber water it was very small paper cup. Damn near a shot glass. Do not recommend. Would not go.

I scheduled a 2-hour Lomi Lomi massage and I ran into the therpist in the lobby upon arrival. After she showed me to the room, she asked if I were interested in 4-hands. I jumped on the upgrade and then had what I can only call and absolutely amazing massage. It was sensory overload while relaxing at the same time. I have never experienced a massage that good - and I will qualify this was a legitimate massage, not a shady practice. I will absolutely be back. I was a little skeptical when a deposit was required at booking, but I took the leap and was quite pleased.

We had decided on a last minute couples massage and were taken the same day. Kevin and Nana made us feel extremely refreshed afterwards. We will definitely be returning soon
