From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was welcomed with professionalism and genuine care. Dr. Eric Bussear demonstrated a high level of expertise, attentively listening to my concerns and thoroughly explaining my treatment options. His compassionate approach made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the visit. It’s my first time here , the front desk girl Jessica was very attentive and polite. All the Medical Assistant very nice Andrea , Ana and Laura !! I felt so comfortable ! Dr.Yuleidy was great she listen to all my worries , I left very happy and satisfied. I got some free sample on my way out !! great Doctors and staff . definitely Recommend.

my experience here has been very well received they did a excellent job on everything I required. And I enjoy coming every time cuz I know they take very good care of me. Dr.Yuleidy has been great and the staff as well.

I had a very good experience at the Homestead office. Dr Randolph, the assistants, Ana and the rest of the staff made me feel so welcomed. Dr Michael Randolph genuinely show confidence and care about my skin condition and did his best to help me. I am very pleased with the outcome and service.

Superb provider! Dr. Lujan has been my derma for a few months now and my gosh is my skin is so much better from rosacea...cannot recommend Dr. Lujan enough! The team professional, knowledge... thank you Ana and Dr L for taking care of my skin health.

Dr. Randolph and Kaitlyn and the front staff were absolutely awesome. I will be referring this office to my family and friends..... Jessie is very professional and provided great customer service.

Things were going just fine at first. Until I needed a refill on my medication... My pharmacy told me they faxed/sent the request to the doctor/luminary dermatology, TWICE. And there was no response. I've been calling the these guys for about 2 weeks. TWO WEEKS without my medication. They NEVER answer when you follow the automated machine to the right places. So I only get voicemails saying theyll get back to me within a business day. That only happened twice and both times I was working and couldn't answer. Id call back promptly however and STILL no answer. Just repeat the process. So I started leaving messages with more information about my situation like how long I work and other methods of contacting me. But then I started getting no calls back no responses no nothing. Needless to say, I'm quite upset. So I now started trying to manipulate the automated voice message machine to go through other routes and I was able to talk to someone just now. I explained the situation briefly and they said they would see if they could catch someone that was still there to clear up my problem and shortly after I was hung up on I immediately called back I was placed on hold with the music and I was hung up on again. I cannot help but feel like this is almost on purpose and apparently this place is absolutely useless. I'm going to have to give up and go somewhere else so I can get the medication that I need to solve my problem. I would like to conclude by saying That the Customer Service at this company, luminary dermatology is absolutely horrible and useless. And apparently they don't even respond to pharmacy requests or faxes. It's worth also mentioning that they keep texting me and pestering me about a balance that I'm supposed to pay of which I already paid upon leaving from that appointment so I don't understand what they're trying to charge me for and even the lady at the desk when I talk to her about it a while back She didn't understand it either yet they're still trying to charge me. I realize this place has mostly positive reviews so I guess for most people it goes well, but here are my two cents and I caution you against deal dealing with these guys as they seem to be very unreliable from my experience at least.
