I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr.Julian Moore. From the moment I walked into the office, the entire experience felt welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. What impressed me most is that Dr. Moore was able to remove a skin growth on the very same day as my first appointment, and the outcome is absolutely beautiful I am beyond happy with the results. Dr.Moore has the kind of bedside manner that instantly puts you at ease… warm, kind, attentive, and not rushed. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The office staff was just as friendly and efficient, making the entire visit seamless from start to finish. If you’re looking for an exceptional dermatologist who is both highly skilled and genuinely compassionate, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr.Julian Moore!

It is a pleasure to have Dr. Moore as my dermatologist! He and his team have helped me with so many of my skin issues from acne, rashes, to Botax. He is always so positive and friendly. I feel privileged to be his patient under his wonderful care. He makes me feel like part of the family! Thanks, Dr. Moore for all you do!!

Dr Moore is one of the kindest souls, he is caring, compassionate and loving in taking care of my son! His bedside manners are above & beyond one can imagine. Dr Moore takes his time to listen to your concerns, i never felt rushed, he explains everything in detail - We love Dr Moore- we need more drs like him !!!

Dr. Julian Moore is an extremely warm, compassionate, caring person who is also an excellent doctor! It is so nice to find someone who loves what they do and has not gotten lost in the politics of medicine! His office associates are as kind as he is! The waiting time may be a bit long but the experience of having an amazing, knowledgeable dermatologist is well worth it!

UPDATED REVIEW (5 stars) Shortly after posting my original review, I received a call from a staff member (Carolina) inquiring about my experience, I even got a call from the doctor who expressed his sincere apology for my experience and made it a point to get me the care I deserved. I've never had a doctor or any other provider do what Dr. Moore did today - reaching out directly to ensure my health is not compromised. Thank you for going above and beyond and caring about my health. As I said in my original review, he's a great doctor, and this updated review really confirms his professionalism and care. Thank you Dr. Moore!!! Original (1 star review) Being a good/great doctor is one thing, but being surrounded by staff who don't care about your patient's well-being is detrimental to the doctor's business. I went in for an appointment, paid my $25 copay, saw the doctor and had something removed from my body. Fast forward 1 month, the area isn't healing, so I make an appointment and they schedule me with a PA. I leave work, drive 18 miles to the office, only to be told that it costs $45 to be seen by the PA! Why would I pay $45 to see someone less qualified than the doctor? I said I would call my insurance and the lady doubled down that the cost is $45. So I leave, call my insurance to find out why there's a difference in price, and I was told that all the office staff had to do to ensure that I paid my regular $25 copay was to bill the service under the doctor, as the doctor is the one at the top. I'm so fed up, and in the meantime, I probably have an infection with this painful oozing wound. This doctor needs competent staff who are willing to do their job and gather information to help their patients. In addition, add the patient's copay information to your system so that whoever is scheduling appointments can tell the patient what the copay will be, so that patients are informed. 36 total miles later, time off from work, and whatever I just got charged on the turnpike, and I'm still oozing and in pain.

I love my experience with Dr.julian Moore. He’s like a father to me and makes me feel safe and like I’m in good hands. My skin has cleared through out the years with his help. He is very attentive and caring of his patients which I love and really appreciate. I will only go to Dr. Julian Moore.
