Clear Choice Dermatology - Hillsboro

I had to rent a car to come here. I called today at 9AM to confirm my appointment. They said yes come today. I drove all the way and then when it was 11:23, 13 minutes after my appointment me time at 11:10, I was told the appointment was canceled because the provider left an hour ago. WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME THAT THEY LEFT BEFORE I CAME OUT HERE??? I didn’t even reschedule because this was so ridiculous. Note to you all: not everyone is able bodied and has a car. Maybe next time you call people IMMEDIATELY when their appointments are canceled. Never coming here.

They’re always nice and run on time. The only thing I wish they’d improve on is being a little more efficient with getting back to patients and internal, inter-communication.

How amazing is the entire team at Clear Choice! Had the pleasure of meeting with Erica, Melissa, and Juan and it was a great experience. Everyone is extremely professional, friendly, and willing to provide guidance.

The doctor we saw (didn't catch her name) was AMAZING! She was respectful, kind, used compassionate language, engaged, and funny! I wish she could be my PCP for all my health issues!

I was referred to clear choice after a bad experience with another dermatologist. When I walked into the office I had a lot of anxiety and fear surrounding my issue.. I was instantly met with kindness From everyone there. From the front desk all the way to the doctors. They took the time to listen to me and made me feel heard and understood. They came up with a treatment plan that was perfect for my situation. I feel so blessed to have found them. What i felt was an impossible, heartbreaking, frustrating condition, is now completely under control and under the supervision of capable hands. I feel really empowered by the entire experience and would highly recommend them!

Crystal the doctors assistant was amazing! the receptionists and my doctor Daria were very kind and made my appointment way less scary! love it here!
