Alta Vista Dermatology

I love the people of this place! They are all professional and friendly. Seeing a doctor is not usually a thing most people want to do but It is nice to go to a doctor's office and feel relaxed and comfortable. Bonus they are an incredibly good at what they do. I've recommended Alta Vista to all my family and friends.

My first visit today was spectacular. I had a peculiar case that Halei took the time to not only understand, but find the perfect solution for! I’m ecstatic. The entire team was welcoming upon my arrival. Thank you everyone!

This was my first visit to Alta Vista Dermatology, and overall, it was a positive experience. I saw PA Halei Moody, who was attentive, kind, and took the time to listen to my concerns. She created a clear treatment plan for my skin, and I’m excited to get started. The medical assistant who brought me back was very sweet, as was Ryan, Halei’s assistant (forgive me if I misspelled the name). The only area that could be improved is the front desk. The staff did not come across as particularly warm or welcoming, which is important since they provide the first impression for patients. With a little more friendliness, the experience would have been excellent.

LOVE this office everyone is very professional without being stuffy. I was treated like family and feel I am in a great place that truly heard my concerns and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed and I’m looking forward to my treatment.

The PA that worked with me was amazing, she’s cute to the max. She’s the reason for three stars otherwise it’d be one. This place is not very clean. The seats in the waiting area are all different styles and colors, almost all are wrinkly and have booty imprints while some are stained. There is a layer of dust on the plaques they have in the waiting area and the chairs in the exam rooms are also dusty and dirty. I have another appointment in a month. If it’s cleaner the next time I’ll adjust my review.

My daughter's appointment started earlier than scheduled and Nicolette was kind, professional, and thorough in the full skin check, including some spots of concern. She answered all our questions and gave an honest assessment and recommendations for ongoing skin care routine. Check in/out was easy online and in the office and all the staff we encountered were very kind, pleasant, and professional.

The entire team is so helpful and nice! The women at the front desk are so kind and helpful and actually treat you like a human - which is hard to find at offices these days. Every PA or Doctor I’ve seen has been great! Even their assistants go out of the way to make sure you get the best care. Highly recommend!
