I scheduled a consultation at Nuvo Skin in High Point because I’ve never had any injectables before and wanted to learn about my options. I met with Kailee, and after only a few minutes of talking, she started marking my face and prepping as if we were proceeding with injections right then and there. There was no discussion of pricing beforehand, and I wasn’t ready to move forward with any procedures. I got the sense that my hesitation was not well received. I ended up purchasing some skincare products because I felt pressured, and when I went to check out, I was suddenly told there was a $50 consultation fee, a fee that was never mentioned beforehand and was not listed anywhere on the website. The only thing that was mentioned was a cancellation fee. At that point I just wanted to leave, so I paid it, but the whole experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. Overall, the lack of transparency and the pressure to move forward made this a very uncomfortable visit. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a low-pressure, informative consultation experience.

Lydia always does such a good job with the diamond glow facial! Never had dermaplaning until now and it will most definitely be something I add to my treatments from here on out!
